First and foremost, this is an excellent kit for the job. Yes, "Snap-" isn't exactly the right word. Quality is good, but the price is high. please. Second, in response to the previous poster (who, like so many others, is concerned about RROD) - Don't be irritated and dismissive of something you can actually fix. Yes, that is correct! Don't let the "Man" get away with it! This is precisely what you will receive. The black "pin" tool's tip broke so easily that I was disappointed. I can still use it, but it used to be much sharper. It's constructed of low-cost plastic. The rest of the tools, on the other hand, are fantastic and function exactly as they should. It was so much easier to open my Xbox with the tool kit than it had been with any other method I had tried. If you're replacing parts on your Xbox or just want to clean it up, this is a great purchase. It's easy to store because it comes in a pouch.

I haven't had a need for this item yet, but it's nice to have it on hand in case I do.
This kit is very comprehensive, with many of the necessary tools included. The only reason I can't give it a perfect score is because it only includes one plastic tool. It's extremely brittle, and the tip snapped off with little effort; if that one tool were made of metal, this would be a 5-star kit!.
There was no documentation or instructions.
The quality of the tools is questionable, but I had no intention of using them frequently.
