I don't have a micrometer, but I can tell you from experience that if you plan to use them for any cartridge-based game, the pins will be smaller than the original battery pins and will fit fine, with the solder filling in any gaps.
With the exception of the Gameboy Advance, it will work with all Nintendo game carts. I had no idea controller packs could be powered by batteries, but I'm guessing they can.
Because the cr2032 isn't rechargeable, it's a good idea to buy a few extras.
Yes, but only in GBA games if the cart is modded.

These cells are a bit of a mishmash. Only two of the twelve I received were close to the proper voltage for a "new" CR2032, which is usually around 3. 30 +/- 05vbr>br>The cell with the lowest voltage was tested at 3. Many SRAM chips can't keep their static charge below 3 volts, so 14 volts is barely acceptable. 07vbr>br>In game cartridges with more than three CR2032 cells, I've replaced them with 20-year-old CR2032 cells. So, for a brand new cell, 14 volts is completely unacceptable. To put things in perspective, an old cell in an 18-year-old N64 memory card that I was considering replacing still had 3. It was 27 volts and didn't even need to be replaced! br>br>With superior quality cells and lower parasitic drain, these batteries will most likely be a downgrade for most replacement applications. I, like the majority of the people looking at these, require tabbed cells, and a battery holder does not always fit naked cells. As a result, I purchased high-quality 'wired' cells, which are commonly found in laptop CMOS batteries. These cells are usually of decent quality and only cost a few dollars. You can remove the connector and solder the wires in the same way that you would tabs.
They're also a little higher off the board, but they still fit into the cartridge case with ease. They work, but they're not as reliable as the OEM battery setup.
As a result, I purchased these to replace the batteries in my SNES carts. I took an afternoon to de-stress after they were de-stressed. Solder these in place, soldering them in place, soldering them in place, soldering The contacts are thinner than the originals, making them much easier to insert and solder. There were no major issues, and I will most likely order more because I have a few others that need to be replaced. In general, this is a good deal.
I liked that these batteries were available for purchase so that I could use them in a remote control for a pair of vibrated insoles that I had purchased. After returning a couple of pairs because they didn't come with the remote, I finally got a pair that did, but the battery was dead. Instead, I went out and found these batteries, which I installed, and everything worked fine.
What I ordered was delivered on time and in good condition. The only issue is that the negative tab does not go all the way down and flat out like it should for Gameboy game installation. I was able to make it work, but it was much more difficult than it would have been if the negative post tab had been properly positioned.
An old Super Mario RPG cart's battery was dead, so I replaced it. It did exactly what it said it would do. The battery had a voltage of 3 volts. 4 volts is a good starting point for a new lithium coin battery.
These batteries have no long term life. I swapped them for a brand name battery and they dont last 1/4 of the time. They are cheap and that is what you get. They% By replacing other batteries, I was able to confirm that the long life had returned. Other brands will give you more if you pay more.
I'm glad I ordered these for my Super NES and NES cartridges because they now work again after I replaced all of the batteries.
