A passive cooling system, with no vents, is used on the SP. Due to its low speed, a very small amount of heat is generated. Additionally, the discharge rate of the battery is low enough to produce only a minimal amount of heat. In spite of that, the device will still work without any problem without adding a hard shell. The device was designed to be efficient and hardy so that it can be used over long periods of time. There is a much greater concern with this product with regard to fit. *br> *br>If your SP is overheating, you will need to leave
In a bubble bag, the two pieces of the protective cases for GBA SP were packed, then the box was closed.
I'd say yes, very tightly.
far as the red is concerned, I got yes, but I'm uncertain of the others
Selected User Reviews For Timorn Hard Transparent Plastic Protective Cases for GBA SP Gameboy Advance Sp Console (1 Set)
Initially, I had low expectations, but I just finished modding a system, and I thought a clear shell would make the system look more professional. As soon as it arrived today, I was impressed with the thought and care that went into packing it for shipment. As soon as I saw the bubble wrap and the sturdy little box, I knew this would be in good condition. A major problem is that the two clear pieces are not protected from each other, and they were placed together in a cheap bag and have been scratching each other ever since they were born. In reality, the best solution is for the manufacturer to apply a thin layer of plastic that would protect the product from wear until it is removed by the user. These objects are too scratched to be put on a system in the manner described, and they're just too old to be made in this way. It wouldn't be expected that these would arrive in the damaged condition they are in, even though these were built to protect the system. me is that if you use an aftermarket shell, the lights do not stay on. This case was applied to two of my modded GBA SP systems, and the top shell just fell off when I turned them Additionally, the bottom shell can be taken off in just a few seconds. I had the most difficulty opening it when I tried to open it and it peeled off at the top and bottom as if it were a ripe banana, leaving me at a loss as to whether I should just throw it away or put it in the drawer. Last but not least, this may not be a complete waste of time for everyone. I actually found the item to fit nicely onto my OEM system, and I would give it a three to four-star rating if it had been delivered in new condition. As there is no guarantee that the next one will look any better, I'm not going to bother returning it. It would be very beneficial to this product if it was subjected to some quality control, and some better preservation techniques so it would reach consumers.
Several cartridges had scratches and I thought I would break the shell when I used reflexes instead of pushing up the shell to allow clearance for some cartridges. Furthermore, it prevents the full insertion of trade cables or other auxillaries, even though charging cables are accommodated. The edges were literally rough, and the finish of it wasn't great. In addition, this thing is pretty slick to hold onto, and the plastic moves just enough while playing to make it unpleasant to hold on to it. The case itself does not restrict any buttons while playing, it charges in the shell, it is a sturdy cover for protecting the system and is thick, and it still does not add a lot in terms of weight, nor does it interfere with the portability For regular play, it would be more trouble than it is worth, but if protecting a collection piece is your idea, it should work fine. *the top half has been left on, but the bottom half has been removed.
The packaging was great and the product looks There is no apparent reason why other reviewers got scuffed This is the one I have.
A few modifications and art work were going to be done to the top of my '05 Fusion I'm using GBA SP from GUSA. The top of the bracelet needs to be painted, then it needs to be protected with the shell. She wanted me paint her favorite character on her beaten up GBA SP so that she was happy with.
I rate this product 4/5. In my opinion, it is not a 5-star product because the top part of the case does not fit on tight enough and can easily fall off. However, I do not frequently play my GBA and I simply bought this case to keep it protected while it is parked in a display. A game like this might not be a fit for someone who plays their GBA daily.
I've mentioned before in other reviews that the case doesn't necessarily snap onto the phone, but it's still okay for the price. Despite hugging the case tightly, it causes no damage. I keep my shell safe in it. You aren't gonna find anything like this anywhere else, so it's worth it for the price. This is a good case, and I will buy one in the future if required.
You can use it for this purpose. With it on, it doesn't make a huge difference in size. I can still fit the Gameboy in my travel bag. It doesn't really seem to snap back on, it just hugs it sort of. In light of the fact that the SP has so many notch locations where something could easily lock on nicely and tightly, this seems like a bad design. The result is that I have limited choices as well as protection for my new shell.
plug-in thing allows you to attach the Game Boy to any flat surface and prevents scratches, dents, and minor drops.
