Questions & Answers
They weren't the ones I had requested.
The original paddle controllers should connect to the flashback 8. They will not connect to the USB port, but the flashback 8 has 9 pin controller ports, similar to the original Atari 2600, which the original paddle controllers require to connect to the console. I hope this information proves to be beneficial! Enjoy!
They are compatible with Flashback 8, but only with a limited number of games. On Flashback 8, they didn't work with the original breakout and pong games. On Flashback 8, they did a great job with Super Breakout and Circus Atari.
My order included two, but they aren't very effective. The knob has a lot of play.

I would not have paid this much for the paddles if I had known that I would have to take it apart and clean it myself. There was a lot of jitter on both paddles. When I disassembled it, I discovered that the contacts were filthy. So, no, these weren't refurbished; instead, they were shipped as-is. I'm not impressed in the least.
I needed paddle controllers for a refurbished 2600. Yes, they're pricey, but they're worth every penny. The paddles have an extremely accurate feel to them. Well, as precise as Atari will allow. I purchased a second pair for my nephews, who received an ATARI 2600 retro plug-in for Christmas last year. These paddles should also be able to be used there.
First and foremost, these were utilized. Second, they function properly; they have a few scuffs and scratches but otherwise appear to be in good condition. They come highly recommended from me. All Atari game systems, including Flashback game consoles, are supported.
MARKO'S GAMES sold me a set of 2600 paddles. They couldn't be used because of the jitter. MARKO'S GAMES had to be aware of this before sending them out. Returns and refunds were not accepted by MARKO'S GAMES. The only time I've ever received a defective product from Amazon. I'm afraid I won't be able to give it a zero. MARKO'S GAMES is not a good place to buy from. Disappointing in the extreme.
I got a 4 out of 5 by using these. The family and I played a Warlords game, and it was a blast. I don't recall the Atari game controllers having much "lag," but that could be because all of today's new games have so little lag that I simply don't remember what Atari was like:.
Work is good, and the seller is very responsive to questions.
In excellent working order.
All I ask is for you to do that for me. They were tidy and practical.
