It may not have aged too well, but it was a good game
4/5

The Sonic series was a rage in the 2D days, and it is still popular today, with new games matching the tried and true formula. As this is the second game in the Sonic Advance trilogy, it was the time when SEGA moved Sonic over to Nintendo's systems. There is a huge importance placed on speed in the game. The game contains a lot of sections featuring a lot of speed and all bosses must be fought while being run over. Due to this, there is a hefty amount of difficulty added to the game (there is one boss who deals smashes regardless of the amount of rings you have). Due to the ranged nature of the new character, Cream, the game has a lot of easy levels so players can become familiar with the game later on. In terms of aging, the only problem is that in order to access the special stages, you must collect 7 special rings from either act. Each character has to collect their own Chaos Emeralds and some characters are more suitable for one act in each zone than the next. There is only one problem they all need to be gathered in one run, so Sonic and perhaps Knuckles will have to traverse a planned route in order to do it. There are a few game features that are locked, including the Tiny Chao Garden. For those like me who enjoy playing that mini game, I would like to add this.

The game is amazing, but it is extremely difficult
3/5

This game has a great Sonic aspect to it. There is nothing like it in the world of sonics, and the additions it presents are an experience that you will not forget. The only catch is that if you are a perfectionist, you might want to miss There are several unlockables in this game, one for each of the characters. As soon as you collect all the chaos emeralds and complete the game, you will be able to unlock them. It's the same old Sonic game, isn't it? Normally they would go to a different level, but they did a whole lot more than that. As anyone who has played classic Sonic games knows, you need enough coins to unlock the bonus stage, and then you either have to find the floating rings or you need to find a checkpoint. You need to search for and collect seven very specific coins in this game before you can advance to the next As they are in specific locations, there are instances where you cannot go back if you miss it. If the game is still in the same "world", then you would have to restart it or try again in the next level. Following that, you'll be rushed into a 3D world where you must collect coins before time runs out. A robot chases you around as you collect coins. There are seven emeralds to collect, and it gets harder with each one. I'm from a group of Sonic fans, and none of us have gotten past the first one. This might be partly because we have so much trouble finding the coins for The fact that this was not a surprise came as a disappointment as I had bought the game primarily so I could unlock chaos raising, which is only available by collecting all the emeralds as Sonic.

A notch of speed is added
5/5

In 2001. There were no more wars. It's a shame because SEGA's console department fell apart the Dreamcast was good, but when it came to the Nintendo 64, Playstation 1, and Xbox 360, they were all a disappointment All in all, SEGA's games began to fall behind Xbox, PS2, and the PlayStation 2, making it seem like the company was no longer a top-tier What are they supposed to (With publication help from THQ) They make a Sonic game for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance! Aren't you glad that's so cool? Until now, Sonic has only been available on PCs. Even though Sonic Adventure 2 on the Gamecube may have technically been his Nintendo debut, Sonic Advance was a complete departure from his previous games. this is Fun in 2D Sonic was had by all. Two or three years later, we get a new offering of said Sonic fun in 2D. The fast-paced Sonic Advance 2 is actually an improved version of the original As compared with its predecessor, it is more focused on the action. Your pace will be incredible most of the time as you progress through levels. I felt like I was on a 2D roller coaster ride. It was still really rewarding though. Considering how big and multilayered the level design is, it's no wonder why the game's so enjoyable. There was multilayered level design in Sonic Advance 1, as well, but it is greatly expanded in Sonic Advance 2. When you're not into the "go to the end of the level" concept, there are lots of other things you can do. As a matter of fact, in order to reach the Special Stages, you need to collect seven "special rings" scattered around the levels. There's no denying that Special Stages are great, are there? Still, even without the exploration component, there is a lot of fun to be had blasting through the levels. There should be more enemies in each level, just to make it more interesting. In addition to that, the graphics on the TV were vivid, colorful, and very detailed. I actually did. In terms of graphics, it appears that they have improved. The new areas in Sonic Advance look even better than they did back then. In addition to the improvements in the game itself, the soundtrack was also improved. As a result of high-tech level themes like the Techno Base and the Music Plant, we are confident that there will be some quality music in this game. There is only one major issue with Sonic Advance 2, which is that it is not providing as much platforming gameplay as it should. It's speed, speed, speed for the whole game. Even so, there are still some platforming elements, but none to the extent of the I would say overall that Sonic Advance 2 is worth your time, and if you are into Sonic stuff, then you will have a lot of fun with it.

I would say that it is a used copy
3/5

It's still a pretty awesome game though! The game is awesome when it works. Having said all that, sometimes the plan does not We can't forget the good old days The game and device are blowing, and I am trying to push it back to the console while softly and roughly pushing it back. I would buy this game again though probably from elsewhere because it does work most of the time.
