The version you are looking for is not available. Playing Dreamcast games on the PS4 is not possible. Apparently it will be available for PS3 on PSN, but I believe it is only HD.
As part of the Jet Set Radio series, the first game to be released for the Xbox was Jet Grind Radio.

In an effort to save money, I went out and bought all the best games available at the time. There was a Jet Grind radio 9 at the time. At the time of purchase, it cost 99$. I just noticed the price has gone up to 148$! Yikes! The game is one of those where you were supposed to have quick reflexes. This game is worthy of much more than its price tag, and anyone will enjoy it. The fairly juvenile premise initially turned a lot of people away (including me), but I am glad I looked past it The level design is very inventive and compelling, with incredible gameplay, a good storyline, fresh animation, and very good gameplay that shows off the possibilities of the Dreamcast as a console. Playing this game makes me so happy! My first experience with Jet Set Radio Future was on Xbox, so I purchased the game! My original intent was simply to play this game on my old Dreamcast, so I bought it off Craigslist. I enjoy it very much! The tagging method of the JSRF seems to be more appealing to me. My other issues with the game are the time limits and the frequent shots you get. You seem to always be being hit with bullets, missiles, and so forth. Overall, this game is As one of the very few Jet Grind/Set Radio owners in the US (I own the GameBoy Advance version too, but the depth perception for that ruins the experience a little).
It's a great game to play with the family. Be smart and don't order the wrong thing for the wrong box like me. It can be used with an Xbox. It is not possible to use Dreamcast on an Xbox.
Thank you, ho. You need to. What a waste. I loved the graphics, I loved the gameplay, I loved the control, I loved the camera angle! As well as the plot, the characters are very interesting. Games like this provide great challenge for players, and can sometimes inspire a little bit of game rage in them. I got a used game that is great for the price (I got a new one). This game is worth your money if you have a Dreamcast. There is certainly value in doing so.
