A fun time is had by all at Funky's fishing. In other words, no matter what platform a game is released on, a great game will still hold its value years after its initial release. Gameplay is solid and fun on the GBA with DKC. In addition to collecting photos, Funky's fishing, and Candy's dancing, these new features add replay value and make an already great game even better. This game looks like the original SNES version, sounds like it, and plays just like it. There is only one downside to this, however, in that the speaker sound for GBA can't compete with full screen surround sound on normal TVs like it did on the SNES. I then realized that the world map for the SNES version looked radically different from what I remembered. Additionally, Candy's Dancing is a terrible use of space for a mini-game. The game is easy to pick up and play with a fast learning curve, allowing you to experience classic side scrolling action at its best. This game is a much easier game than Diddy's Kong Quest 2, so younger players should start with this one rather than Diddy's Kong Quest 2. The mine cart stages and rotating barrels will bring back a lot of nostalgia. I must say that the game's bosses pose a little more challenge than I remember from its previous iteration. A world map is now available at any time, and stats for each level can be viewed at any time. As a result of this, I never lost my confidence that I would reach the 101% completion mark since in the original game I had like 98% completed, but never found the missing bonus barrels to do so. This is still an excellent game that you should give You should expect to pay between $20 and $25 for the purchase. enjoyed the fishing mini game more than I expected, but Candy's dancing is pretty mediocre at best. It is much better than the original Gameboy Color version. I find this version more fun to play because it runs much smoother than the original SNES version. It is also faster, which further adds to the fun factor. As well, the boss fights were made more competitive, so they weren't as boring as they were in the original. When listening to the isolated tracks on YouTube or MP3's, you will only notice some of the flaws that you may have overlooked when listening to the complete songs. There are only two things I can say I didn't care for the extras and as far as I can tell, there isn't any Funky's fishing, a feature that I actually enjoyed on the GBC version. If you can, pick up a copy of this classic port. I was glad I spent the 10 dollars it costs to relive it.
When I was young, this game helped me fall in love with video games, it's just There are no problems running the game on my GameBoy SP with no issues at all. There was nothing physically wrong with the cartridge or the sticker. It was in perfect condition. Normally, I'd say I'd buy again, but this game is an absolute beast. I would definitely recommend both the seller and the game to a friend!.
Right off the bat, you will see that this game is not comparable to A better graphics package, better music, better assets, etc. Although this version of mutant bananas plays mostly the same, and it is a portable version of the classic game, my vote is for it!.
You might remember it from the SNES, and it is still one of the best 2D platformers ever made. A fishing minigame has been added to this version Played a miniature-game that I enjoyed quite a bit, and a mini-game that I enjoyed It is a very boring game. Those who love Donkey Kong Country on SNES will love this, plus a little bit of lagniappe that was not in the SNES version. Even if you have not played the original, but enjoy 2D platformers, you will probably enjoy this one, too.
What a wonderful game! I'm so glad I came across it! This deal did not seem like it would still be available, but I'm really glad it still is. It brings back a lot of memories, such a nostalgia rush! I spent most of my childhood playing this game. It's impossible to compare the original Donkey Kong game to anything else!.
Especially with some of the downsizing, this game is still a perfect fit for the system. Additionally, it is an extremely addictive game. There is no doubt that you will become frustrated playing this game, since it is extremely tough. the game is one of those that you will never be able to put down once you start, because it is so addictive. Those who love great platformers, a good challenge, and really great fun should definitely check this game out!.
