There are overlays on it. There are overlays on Sam's, but I'm not sure what they look like.

Okay, well what are the games on it?

It is "FRENZY" that is the best of the included games. There is no room for error. The arcade version looks just like the real thing.

It's a throwback to the good old days. Their attention to detail and the game's gameplay are great. They kept it true to the original very well. It's lacking a few hallmark titles, but considering licensing it's not bad at all.

The emulation is quite good

There are some bad choices made in the game. It is impossible to license all of the best games. This system does not have many of the great games it should have. When I was a kid I purchased the system, and it was still well worth the investment.

Donkey Kong / Smurfs / Sub Roc / Ladybug to name a few were some of the games that I loved when I was a kid that are not on the list. The 30 bucks, however, have been well worth it to have Zaxxon / Cosmic Adventure / Venture / Jungle Hunt again at my fingertips. The money I am spending now is exactly what I would spend. I was amazed by how similar the playing experience was to the original.
