After owning a Hyperion Fury G402 for several years, I upgraded to the Glaive Pro RGB, and I am VERY GLAD I did! Because I am not an expert in mouse reviews, I will say that the mouse is great for FPS, and it is so comfortable. It is good that there are so many attachments to choose from. My bag is neither too heavy nor too light BUT I'm still trying to figure out how to turn on the three RGB lights to different colors, maybe you can't do it? I don't know, but I will research it further. It's amazing how the mouse works. I am updating the RGB lighting on the mouse. You only need to make three separate lighting effects and choose one RGB for each effect. *** Included.
The thumb rests are very comfortable and are very distinct. Clicking on the left and right don't seem to be hard because there's not too much distance between them. There's a nice balance between the scrollwheel's firmness and ease of use. Through the onboard profiles, you are able to set DPI and Lighting settings without having to open There are only a couple of The DPI lights are RGB, but they do not sync with iCUE in the same way as the rest of the RGB features. Because they're static lights, you have to change them to a solid color or, if you want to disable them permanently, find a way to disable them. It would be nice if the next model of the mouse could be adjusted by adding weights, I prefer a heavier mouse and this one feels nice, but I prefer one that can add weights. You are unable to rock the scrollwheel from left to right. Although I was not expecting this to be an issue, after using multiple mice that do have this feature, I am disappointed by its absence. I probably wouldn't buy it again until the DPI lights sync with the rest and the scrollwheel is able to rock side to side but it's still a very good mouse if you're looking for a secondary mouse.
I was a bit hesitant to buy a newly-revised product, but it turned out not to be a problem. This mouse and its three attachments arrived in fantastic condition after being carefully packaged. While people have complained about the iCUE software, I haven't found it hard to use, provided you do a little bit of research to figure things out on your own. I would like to make one important note about One good feature about this mouse is that you can customize it to your liking and have it saved without having to run iCUE, or if you need the mouse to be able to be adjusted for different programs and games. In most cases, it is enough to leave iCUE running and it will take care of it for you I spend some time adjusting the settings each time. In regards to the mouse itself, so far I am pleased with it. Moreover, the two side buttons are much more convenient depending on how you hold it the mouse wheel has good texture and is responsive In addition, you can easily modify them to your liking if one feels better than the other, based on your grip. In that regard, it's important to note In default mode, the two side buttons serve as the "back" and "forward" buttons when navigating the internet, but you can easily change that if you want. The two buttons in front of the mouse wheel are the DPI buttons, which by default change the DPI level Additionally, these buttons may also be remapped in the same manner. There are a lot of options available for lighting customization, so it can be challenging to figure out when to adjust them. However, I choose only one or two solid lights, but the combination is extensive. Another thing to note is that the 5 lit bars at the top of iCUE indicate the DPI profiles that you can choose between, and the lighting settings for each one are separate in the DPI section. In my experience, the one common complaint about the lights is how warm they can get. However, I have found that turning the brightness of the lighting down in the general iCUE settings has prevented this issue for me so far. Generally having larger hands, I find the mouse to fit fairly well with my hands. When I used to use a wrist rest for my mouse, I would find it just as comfortable if not more so without the wrist rest. I don't really have a "go-to" position for my mouse. I can sort of "grip" however I prefer to use my fingertip so far, and a full palm grip is perfectly comfortable for me Having said that, the mouse has a very ergonomic shape if this is what you enjoy I find it to be On the bottom of the mouse as well as the bottom of the largest grip attachment, there is plastic covering every pad. This little detail is important as well as quite strange. I didn't notice them at first because the plastic is so thin and subtle. However, once one of them rolled up onto the bottom of the mouse, I peeled them all off, and the mouse felt much smoother than before.
Since I am getting involved in PC gaming, I have purchased all the parts to make my own. While searching for a mouse to go with my build for my next PC, I came across this one. I was really impressed with the speed of delivery. It also comes with three magnetic thumb grips that can be interchanged, which I really appreciate. They hold the grips very well thanks to the magnets, which are very strong. The fact that it's fully addressable with iCUE is also a big plus for me, as I can match the rest of the colors in my build with it. The PC I have in hand for this week is much nicer than mine, so I bought another one for my spouse who has been using mine while I've got my PC built.
A previous Logitech mouse had a problem with the side buttons, so I switched to this one. My first corsair mouse I don't see myself going back to any other brand. It works and looks great as new, and it can be customized in RGB. It is the perfect size, not too small and The interchangeable side pieces allow you to play differently according to your I assure you that you will not regret buying.
It turned out that it was a loose screw underneath the scroll wheel that was rattling inside the mouse when it arrived. As you scroll, it will get stuck in the scrollwheel. Since there is no space to remove the screw, it cannot be accomplished without disassembling the mouse. You cannot do that without removing the sticky I am happy with the design and comfort of the mouse A bit warm to the touch sometimes, and I'm not sure if it's from my palm or from the LEDs. I intended to disable the LEDs, but the rgb controller drivers (called iCUE) are 700 MB.
Also, I was going to downgrade There is no doubt in my mind that I am extremely These three are on the The side attachments are very nice, and even though I would prefer them to be a little smoother (just a preference), I am very satisfied By using Corsair iCUE software, this mouse is highly customizable, and it will be a great addition to your setup if you prefer no more than four.
