A UNIQUE SWIMMING POOL BALL that is perfect for water and diving games in the pool, lake, or pond. Due to its near-neutral buoyancy, this ball can be dribbled, kicked, bounced, and passed 10 feet underwater! Unlike volleyballs or other types of water balls or inflatables, the ball remains submerged.
QUICK AND EASY TO FILL AND PLAY – Unlike other inflatable toys, this ball requires water to be filled. To fill the Watermelon Ball, connect the included hose adapter to your garden hose and fill the ball according to the included detailed instructions to ensure the ball floats properly. When placed in water, the ball will sink and then slowly float to the surface once it has reached its proper buoyancy.
MORE THAN A POOL OR DIVE TOY - When played in larger groups, Watermelon Ball transforms into a high-intensity sport that combines elements of football, basketball, and rugby in the water. Teams of players compete to score goals by launching the Watermelon Ball onto the pool deck of the opposing team. There is no need for a goal, hoop, or net!
EXCELLENT FOR POOL PARTIES - This is a fun toy for kids of all ages! It will make you feel like a kid again. Watermelon Ball is a fun game for kids, teens, and adults to play with their friends and family at a pool party.
SWIM TOY THAT ENCOURAGES EXERCISE AND ACTIVE PLAY IN THE POOL - Getting kids and teens outside in today's digital world can be difficult. Watermelon Ball provides them with a pool activity that is so enjoyable that they will eagerly anticipate going outside to play.

Questions & Answers

What's in a watermelon ball besides the water we put in it? What will I have in my pool if it splits due to age or weather?

I'm not sure, but it looked like a flat, thick rubber-walled ball when I first got it. I filled it with water using the included attachment, and it was ready to use. I left it floating in my pool in full sun for the majority of the summer, and it didn't appear to be damaged. It was bleached a little by the chlorine, but I've never come across anything that chlorine doesn't bleach.

For about a month, the ball remained in the air. The ship then sank and is now unable to float. Do you have any recommendations?

Our Watermelon ball is one of our favorites. It isn't supposed to float, in my opinion. Because it's filled with water, it's a little buoyant and floats around in the water. Ours has been running since last summer (nearly a year) and is still going strong.

Other than the game described in the instructions, what kinds of games do people play with the Watermelon Ball?

The original watermelon ball game is similar to ultimate frisbee in that it is played with a watermelon ball. Make two teams, each with at least three players. One team begins on one side of the pool, while the other begins on the opposite side (this game can also be played with teams on opposite sides of the pool's shallow end). The goal of the game is to pass the ball under water to your teammates while moving it "up the field" toward the opponents' end of the pool. Once you have the ball, you can only pass it to another member of your team, and it must be passed under water. You score by lifting the watermelon ball out of the water and setting it on the edge of the pool deck as you get closer to the opposing team's end of the pool. If the opposing team intercepts the watermelon ball, they immediately take control of it and begin passing it toward your end of the field in an attempt to score. Although the rules are simple, this game is incredibly entertaining and can quickly become out of hand! We usually play a game in which you can block each other but not strip the ball away; instead, you must try to intercept the ball when it is passed.

Would this ball float in a pond just as well?

Because the ball does not float, it will sink to the bottom, where it will most likely be lost. I also doubt it would bounce off the pond's bottom; I believe it would simply stick.

This product appears to be very simple, but it provides a great deal of fun and activity. It's not quite a floater, not quite a sinker, and can be slow-moving. Underwater, movement dribbled. It is enjoyed by both adults and children, but my 17-year-old son was the biggest fan. year- His friends and his 12-year-old son. I find myself playing with it even when I'm alone in the pool, and because of its weight, it's great for arm workouts both in and out of the water. Our pool has been made and will undoubtedly remain a fixture. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Despite spending nearly every day in the pool (and in the Florida sun) for the past two months, this product has performed admirably. It's perfect for him, according to one of my son's friends, because it's almost indestructible. On Independence Day, it was a big hit with the guests. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> We are still very pleased with this ball three years later. It basically lives at the bottom of the pool and hasn't faded in the least. It's still one of the first things that my 20-year-old son's friends use when they come over. I was pleasantly surprised by the product's longevity as well as my family's enjoyment of it.

I ordered this and it arrived without the adapter to fill it in the box, which was a disappointment because I had planned on using it for a weekend BBQ
5/5

The company not only refunded my money, but they also found a store near me that sold the watermelon ball and called to confirm that it was still available. I got it the morning of the bbq from the store, and we had a great time with it. It was a hit with all of our guests, who wished they could have one of their own. It's great to see such excellent customer service.

It's a lot of fun to go back and forth underwater
5/5

The verdict of a group of ten-year-olds One of the most popular pool toys was a 12-year-old boy in the water. I even put it to the test. It's a lot of fun to go back and forth underwater. I'd suggest making it a rule not to throw it at people who aren't expecting it. It's a water-filled ball that can hit a kid hard enough to knock them out. (The kid is fine and alive to tell the tale) This is a good pool toy for this age group, when the main pool toy was usually a football tossed around. It has been replaced by this.

Various types of pool toys - The result was uneven
3/5

This ball is unique in that it does not float and can be dribbled off the pool deck, making it a party favorite. Ours was a tad lopsided when it arrived. We've filled it, emptied it, and refilled it, but the lopsidedness persists. It's not a big deal, but it doesn't roll smoothly and has an odd appearance. I'm not sure if our experience was unique, but I thought it was noteworthy.

The product is fantastic in and of itself! This was something I did at a friend's house
5/5

First and foremost, despite the fact that the order was placed just before the holiday weekend, delivery was prompt. In the shipping box, the package was undamaged and well protected. The product is fantastic in and of itself! I stayed up until 2 a. m. playing this at a friend's place. a night spent in a swimming pool I'm 35 years old, and it was the most fun I've had in a long time; not only did it provide excellent cardio and make me laugh until I couldn't breathe, but it also held up to 6 adults (SOBER) fighting like cats and dogs to rip it from each other's grip. The Watermelon Ball is an excellent pool toy, and you will not be dissatisfied with your purchase. As soon as I awoke the next day, I placed an order for my own Watermelon Ball.

I was skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised, and I had a great time
5/5

I'll admit that I was skeptical at first, but I needed something new to try with the kids at the pool. It turned out to be a good purchase. It's made of a thickbr>material, appears to be very sturdy, the kids love it, we've made up several games with it (still haven't read the watermelon instructions), bounces great under water, we play try to tag the other side of the wall with my young ones, dribbling between the legs, passing, we'll see who can get it to bounce the deepest, and a few other things So far, I'm having a great time. br>br>Updated after two years, and it's still going strong.

I wish I'd been aware of this earlier! We've purchased a lot of beachballs, volleyball nets, water guns, and diving toys over the last few years, but they quickly become boring
5/5

The watermelon ball can be used in a variety of ways, and it has so far been a great addition to our pool. The best part is that it never falls out of the pool, so no one has to get out and chase it down a hill like we do with our beachballs. There are so many different things to do in the pool that it keeps the kids entertained every time we go. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> The watermelon ball has been in our possession for over two years and is still in excellent condition. I also made it through a winter of being left in the pool.

I wasn't expecting this, but it was fine
3/5

The ball was simple to fill and came with all of the necessary pieces as well as simple instructions. My son and I have devised a number of different ball games. I don't believe a rubber ball filled with water is worth more than $10. It quickly becomes tedious. If you're older, keep in mind that the ball is quite heavy when filled, and a thrown ball WILL injure someone. I would avoid the Watermelon Ball if I were looking for pool games.
