It appears I ordered the wrong set because I didn't find In order to save money, I almost did not exchange them since I bought them at a great price (12$ on sale). This was the best decision I could have made. I hope you will read this as there were significant differences as you can see in the photographs. As I received the original size size, they were perfect for me. The paint job was awful, and the quality of the work was poor. Aside from having terrible seams and misaligned paint, the exterior was severely lacking in quality. Honestly, these things are from the dollar store. My son loved them, however, so I exchanged them for a new one since the box I received was missing one of the gorillas. This new set was so different from the old one! This set of wooden animals was much better quality compared with the original set, as well as the fact that the animals were fairly heavy duty and steady (originals were soft and could be squashed). I also loved how realistic the paint design was once I replaced it. This seems to be a case of either item being a completely different brand or it's a mix up. Neither of them mentioned learning resources, but I want you to look at these pictures and you'll understand what I mean. There have been mixed reviews over the last 8 years, and it sounds as if this may have been due to a change of I decided to purchase the Learning Resources brand from extensive online research for animals figures. I am so happy The first thing I want to point out is how sturdy these things are! The material is a firm, rubbery plastic that has just a bit of a squeeze to it. Animals of this weight stand well and stay put as a result of their substantial weight. There is a good chance that they will last a long time. Additionally, there are seams on the shirts. I am not an expert, but I cannot imagine it's possible to mold a hollow plastic toy without any seams or holes. I love the fact that these do not have a hole like most plastic squeezable It is important to keep toys with holes free of moisture so they do not grow black mold and cannot be cleaned properly. The seams are not absolutely perfect, however, they do give the garment a water-resistant quality The toy is secured with velcro and can be washed thoroughly and used safely in the bathtub. Despite the fact that the paint job is not perfect, I did not find the ones I received to be so bad that it detracted from the whole Besides, I'm fairly certain that even my Toddler granddaughter will not notice if the lion has crooked eyes! Choosing these sets was a tough choice for me. I debated whether the toys were too expensive before purchasing, but I am very pleased with the quality for the price. At $3-$5, these are great prices. The 7 each are a great deal, especially considering the size and quality of the products. There was a noticeable wonkiness in the seam on 1 of the 27 animals I bought. The structural integrity of the book was not afflicted, so it would not have been a problem, but I contacted Learning Resources to see if they might be able to send me They sent me a new rabbit promptly and were incredibly gracious to me. I want to share my experience with other parents who are looking for quality toys online in hopes that the information will help others who are looking for them. These received a wide variety of reviews, which surprised me a little bit. Is there a problem with the sets of data? The only ones I can review are the ones we received, and we are very pleased I had not anticipated these figures to be so large. An elephant is 12" long and 13" high the giraffe is 13" tall.
