As I can see from the pictures, I did not receive The beak is made of cheap felt. There are soft wings on the bird, but there is a harsh fabric rest of the body. A change might have been made to the product after it received positive as though I had been.
Upon arriving, our snowy owl was wrapped in a plastic bag and was in a cardboard box advertising the movie "The Greatest Showman. " It is to be noted, however, that his wingspan is 8 inches). The answer is 11 if you expect it. The description in the add says the basket will be 8" tall, but the basket will actually be 6". According to some people, 4%-4, 3% discrepancies are acceptable as long as the shortening is not more than 4 inches. I'm unable to contact the seller or lodge a complaint, because it won't allow me to do so. It's all just a bunch of crap.
Upon purchase, this owl was to "deliver" (to be displayed next to) a personalized acceptance letter from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry. I wish my granddaughter good luck with wizardry. The little girl was delighted with the surprise!
I asked her dad if he could describe the markings on the owl chest, as the webpage photo appeared to differ slightly from what she saw. As the owl they received has straight lines, not the "V" marks shown, the lines are straight. Douglas's tag was still attached to it, however. His description of an owl was that it had feathers that looked realistic (like plush tuffs). Like the Beanie Boos she collects, it looks a lot like her. Thus, there is no reason for complaint on their behalf.
As a bonus, the owl with the vertical lines is currently priced higher than the one with the "V" marking. Nevertheless, I would prefer the look of the V-shaped owl shown, so I'd like to have the option to purchase it. The misrepresentation of the photo will result in a one-star deduction from my rating.
bought my daughter this stuffed owl toy to give her as a birthday gift. A snowy owl that resembled Hedwig from the Harry Potter books was my idea, since she just turned 11 and we have been expecting her Hogwarts invitation letter for some time. Aww, this owl is so cute. The animal is the perfect size. It stands about 8 inches tall, and its fur feels nice. Wings and tail have longer fur "feathers," and those also have that soft and smooth texture that makes the toy look more real. Although it is a relatively lightweight toy, the best part of the toy is that its tail and bottom are weighted with heavier pellets so that it stands independently. Also, the owl's feet are sculpted. This makes it very stable when it stands. Despite the lack of mention in the description, I was not expecting this, but it is perfect for my plan since I want the owl standing in her room with her Hogwarts letter when she awakens It will be great to see it with her! An excellent stuffed toy at a very reasonable price, the Zoidis is of excellent quality.
It has been a couple of years now since she longs for the stuffed owl her Harry Potter fanatic friend is supposed to get. It's been several years since she read the books and just a couple weeks ago, she saw the first movie Her passion for Harry Potter has been reignited! All parts of the animal (except for the beak and eyes) are very soft. When it's bedtime, I know it will be cuddled with my daughter.
This owl looks just like the one from the movies and she sleeps with it every night. A soft touch. It can be washed without becoming matted.
