For the most part, they are pants that can differ depending on the type of plush. A great pair of boots always helps!
Are there holes for the tail in the back of this?
An opening for a tail does not exist. It is not a Teddy Bear's nature to have a tail
What size will this fit for an 18" What can I do if that is not the case? Can you suggest an officer's uniform that will work?
My bear is 13 inches tall, so this is on him. The bear is very large for his size. It is the bear's feet showing up because I have pushed the pants legs up. Due to the shorts being really short, I do not think they will pose a problem with a doll that is 18 inches tall. It has a generous fit, and since it is short sleeved you could use any length of arm on a doll 18".

I love this uniform - it's perfect! Monkey Doodle is my stuffed animal and I bought this for him. There is a page he maintains for children of all ages on Facebook. To show young people what careers they could choose if they studied hard in school, he wanted to show them different careers they could have. As well as the outfit itself being of high quality, the seller, Stuffems, provided excellent service. You can't go wrong with either!.
