You should know that lucky bear was the care bear that we received, not tenderheart. Our family wanted Lucky Bear, so we ordered it after finding its picture on Amazon. Because of its popularity, Carebears may seem pricey, because it goes in and out of style.
A single one has been purchased for my grandson, who is 6 and 3 years old. They are not likely to be injured by buttons or strings. I loved the softness of the bears, and my grandchildren loved them too. There is nothing to complain about with the constitution. To be honest, I think the bears would hold up pretty well to five children of all ages playing with them.

Bears are soft and cuddly, so this one was I was dissatisfied with the way the packaging was done. My daughter received it as a birthday gift. Boxes for her stuffed animals are often crushed, she would like to keep them, but the box stands broken. Having to throw it away was not an option. There needs to be a better system in place at the warehouse to handle things. There should never have been a distribution of such a box.
The box came in a plastic bag, which was great since I was a bit worried about the front side being open. The bear was easy to remove from the box and is very soft. It is a good quality bear for a 12-year-old.
These Care Bears have completely captured my attention. It was a bit intimidating about the texture, but in the end it was not a disappointment. These soft and cuddly animals are very adorable. Children's Care Bears were my favorite toy as a kid and I am thrilled to give them to our kids!.
Besides loving the bear, I also like the cheerleader. This is something I bought for a keepsake for my daughter (she's only 3 months old LOL). has lived up to expectations and was perfect in every way. Except for the faint smell of rotten fish on it, which makes it smell like a fish factory. Because my husband works 14+ hours a day and it's so awkward taking my children and 3 month old out (especially with COVID-- Will it ruin its fur if I wash it in the washing machine? No matter how you look at it, I find it uncomfortable that his coin is so light and cheap compared to the other coins. In the beginning of June, I hope to receive good luck bear and I hope his coin won't be as light and cheap as this one. I often collect coins, and the difference in coins is literally the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, so keep that in mind if you're also an avid collector.
In addition to the box being a little beat up. There are no words to describe how soft and cuddly this plush is. I found it at Walmart for a lesser price, but GrumpyBear is always out of stock. I had to go online to purchase it and it cost me a little more. The old versions of Carebears make it worth it even though I previously had them.
You can't beat these. There's only one thing I find wrong with my pink coin. It has what I would call a fake version. It's obvious they're metal and are of high quality as they are solid. I received a pink with a plastic feel to it for some reason. Being a collector, I'm quite disappointed with how different this collection is from the others. But that's honestly the only complaint I have. The size is perfect, and the material is super soft and adorable.
