I think they are cotton, so I don't think they leak, but I wouldn't give these to a dog or a child under 3 because they are not durable enough for them.
If they're to be washed, then yes, they can be. if I had to guess, I would say you wouldn't be able to wash it again and again.

A treasure box was made out of them. I gave my daughter a trip to the treasure box for completing one of her assignments at home. In spite of the fact that I had my little pony blind bag and Lego blind bag in the treasure box, she chose all of these first. That is a great bargain. It is a seller who gives you more for a lower price. The fabric was all good quality, even if I had expected some stitches to be required. In a few cases, the animals were duplicated, but the colors or materials differed. Each was unique, and that made them all special. In addition to emoji plushies, they offered to send writing a review extras. While I am not sure if it's legitimate, I will give it a shot.
