The user manual is included in the package.
The mat and netting should be taken down and put away. However, the majority of people will ignore it, and most children will outgrow it before it rips. br>I'm planning on ignoring it.
Are you calculating the length of the spring from hook to hook? If the measurement is 5, why not just use the coiled part? You probably have a 7" spring if it's 5 inches without the hooks. The JumpKing website has instructions for measuring from hook to hook.
For the money, this is an excellent mat.

There is no way to contact the seller. The trampoline is very nice looking, easy to set up, and has a good bounce. The only issue is that the spring cover has a rip, and there is no way to contact the seller or the trampoline's manufacturer through this listing; when I called Amazon for a replacement, they told me that they couldn't just replace the mat, and we'd have to buy a new trampoline and return this one. The customer service representative was also unable to make direct contact with the seller. In the midst of the complication, I'm disappointed.
I looked around and came across this one, which fit perfectly in the enclosure slots and went on without a hitch. The longevity of the item is dependent on how much we use it in our home, but it appears to be of good quality, and we are pleased with our purchase.
It specifies that it is compatible with a bounce pro 15-foot trampoline. I double-checked the location of my trampoline. I own a bounce pro 15-foot trampoline. It is not possible to use the mat because it is too large. I'm guessing I got the wrong size because the trampoline came with nothing but a 13'3 sticker and no instructions for the mat. So I went online and spent days jumping on a trampoline that was clearly broken or the wrong size.
It has only been with us for a few months. Initially, I thought this mat was great. We've only had it for a couple of years (it's been stored inside during the snowy Midwest winters), and the threading that holds the v-neck together is fraying. The mat's hooks have begun to disintegrate, causing the v hooks to fall off the springs and the springs to separate from the mat. br>Recent changes: It took several hours of emails back and forth between the manufacturer and the seller, as well as sending assertive messages reminding the Amazon account of the warranty. Eventually, the mat was replaced. Let's hope we can keep flying for at least another 18 months before springs snap!.
I had a 6-year-old trampoline with a ripped mat, so I bought this to replace it. I used the tool to remove the springs from the old mat before replacing it with the new one. Because the safety netting was still up, getting everything on took a little longer, but it was still fairly quick. The kids jumped a lot and declared it to be more bouncy than before, making for happy customers.
The previous mat lasted 5 years, but this one only lasted 6 months before ripping at the spring attachment points. It was simple to put together and install, but I am disappointed in the product's longevity.
The mat was a perfect fit for my 15' trampoline frame and springs. I was a little worried because my frame wasn't exactly 15', but everything fit perfectly. Midway through the installation, the tool broke.
The trampoline arrived on time, and the kids are overjoyed to have it back.
