I believe there was a warranty included in the box; ours is almost two years old and still looks brand new, and we have never had any problems with it.
Hello, thank you for your email; the box's dimensions are 46x21x10 inches.
Yes. It's on display all year. We leave it out in the hot sun and the cold winter where I live in Ohio! It's quite lovely.
It holds up well in the winter, but it's best to stay inside on really bad snow days!

Because we live in a rainy climate, we set it up indoors in their playroom. My children are 5 years old. almost 2. They are ecstatic to be able to jump and play. Because it is low to the ground, my daughter can easily enter and exit. On stormy and rainy days, this has kept me sane! This is a great size for little ones. I even jump with them now and then, and four children can jump at the same time without colliding. It's a high-quality product with no tears, snags, or holes in it after 7 months of use. After a lot of daily use, it's still in like-new condition. My husband set up the table in about an hour and had no problems. Buy it! It'll be a hit with your kids!.
Because we have a small backyard, I wanted something that wouldn't take up too much space while still being large enough to enjoy. My three children, ages six, three, and one, love it. My husband put it together with the help of a 6-year-old assistant, and there were no complaints (he's handy). I also like how low it is to the ground, as it makes it easy for my three-year-old to get on and off by himself.
We live in San Diego, which means we get plenty of sunshine but no snow, and the safety enclosure has ripped in two places. It hasn't even lasted a year, and I'm not happy about that.
For the price, I didn't expect it to be this big; it's impossible to beat! She's looking forward to the warmer weather so she can put it to good use! Setting up was a pain in the a•• because the instructions were hand drawn, it took two of us adults about an hour. But, in the end, it wasn't nearly as bad as I had anticipated. For the assembly process, a beer or two is highly recommended. Simply choose a beautiful sunny day, a friend, and a refreshing beverage if you buy. You're going to be glad you got it! I'm really glad I went with this one after months of research!.
This trampoline was purchased for three reasons. The springs that hold the mat to the springs have already come undone after 4 months, as stated in another review. I'm trying to reach out to the seller, Crosslinks, but they've informed me that it's already out of warranty. I'm not sure how long their warranty is, but I'm guessing it's not more than four months. They've offered to send me a replacement mat in exchange for a $20 shipping fee. However, I'm not sure I'll be able to dissemble and resemble this thing safely enough for my small children to jump into it. To be honest, I'm very disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing this item because it has been reported to have stitch issues after only a few months of use.
This was a Christmas present for my son. It is something he adores. On Christmas Eve, I put it together all by myself. It took a long time, and pulling the springs by myself was difficult, but I got there in the end. Because the directions were terrible, I also used the pictures that someone posted to help me see how to put the foam pieces on and the enclosure together. I'll include some images to aid others.
Super sick, even I jump in it now and then lolol (I'm 24), but my brothers deff enjoy it more. Easy to put together, you can do it with just one person just know that putting the last like 7 springs is a god darn work out but besides that it's super easy.
This was a Christmas present for my six-year-old son and eight-month-old daughter. It took about 60 minutes for my husband to put it together by himself. 90 mins. It's a solid, heavy-duty piece of equipment. It's low to the ground, which I like. It's all set up on carpet in my finished basement. It's a big hit with my kids.
