There is only very slight squish to it. There is a lot of density/heaviness to it. Foam that is hard and not squishy.

Nerf products are still among the best I buy as a parent. As a kid, I saved up money to buy a nerf football over any off brand. really are that much better than the rest. The poor grip position on this football was quite frustrating to me this time around. Grips) are located on the ball. I am imagining that the blue grip stripes were put on the ball here and there, except they are everywhere your fingers are not naturally falling It is hard to do a good spiral with this grip. I do not like the design of Nerf's toys.
It can be hard to find a ball to use to play football in the snow, especially if it is cold. Standard foam footballs get wet and heavy as they get very hard in the cold. Leather footballs are slippery as well as hard when they get cold. perfect for squirting, and its colors are fun, making it easy to see. It's also got a rubber outer layer, which keeps it clean, and provides a good Having 15 games of touch football with the family).
It has a solid outside, and the grippers (threads) are really well glued on, so I expect it will work well for the whole summer and maybe even into fall. It is far superior to earlier Nerf footballs. Watch out for throwing in company with people who are oblivious to what is happening because this is heavy and does not sit well with the brain.
The handle is easy for kids to hold, and my little hands can hold it.
It is a great pleasure for my 11-year-old son and me to throw the football around a little bit. I don't think this is a very good spiral and it's hard to get a tight spiral on it. Due to the fact that it is an outdoor football, we got it to throw in the pool. A flooded area will become a mess. This is not great, but it's still pretty good.
Originally, this ball was much older, so I purchased this one to replace it. There is no balance on this ball and no way to hold a tight spiral on it. Because the end caps and ball grips are angled, this causes a problem with traction. In the earlier version, the shape was symmetrical and ideal for someone who could throw deep, long passes with perfect spirals. It is a disappointment to see the new version. Is a toy that turns into a real weapon. It would be great if the old version was brought back!.
Rubber grips around the edges ensure a good grip, but when they get slobbered on, it becomes difficult to hold on to the ball.
This football would be perfect for kids, I remember having a different version of this when I was younger, that is why I decided to purchase it. This football just felt off to me when I threw it. It never seemed to want to travel far or in a straight line. There seems to be an imbalance of some kind. Although I wouldn't buy it again, it's okay for kids who aren't concerned with what they buy.
