There is no way to power any of these. They simply sink when dropped in water. I'm guessing the rockets are the torpedo bandits. They measure approximately 6 inches in length. For whatever it's worth, my two granddaughters adore these items.
My shipment did not have this issue.
There wasn't a bag to be found. The products are fantastic. Our grandsons had a lot of fun in the pool with them.
These are manufactured in China and are of excellent quality.

All of the children, particularly the eight-year-olds, They fascinate the 10 to 15-year-olds at the pool. We try to get the rockets into the circles underwater by tossing the "jewels" into the water and seeing how quickly she can find them. You can create games in a variety of ways. I like how they're all different colors because it makes it easier to make up fun and educational games. They're also of high quality, not the cheap, flimsy plastic I've seen in other water toys. Because the "sticks" have a grip to hold and are made of a flexible bendy material, I believe they would be enjoyable for babies.
Some people may not like it, but I believe it helps kids practice grabbing things in the middle of a game. Rather than just grabbing from the bottom, you should go for the water. Because of poor judgment, I've missed several grabs with both the sticks and the rings. Sticks take a little longer to sink, but we've never had a problem with them. Torpedos don't fly through the water as quickly as I'd hoped, but that also means they won't fly into the deep end, which is about 13 feet deep. As a result, that's a plus.
These are a huge hit with the kids in the pool or hot tub. They have amazing imaginations, which they put to good use in a variety of games and personal activities. For all ages, there is something in the pack. My nephew likes to chew on the rings, and the girls all adored the jewels, which amused me because they're so inexpensive but have given them hours of entertainment. The rings all sink/float at different levels, and the sticks are longer and stand up, making them much easier to obtain than the jewels, so there is diving for both beginners and experts.
They all sink quickly to the bottom and are simple to recover. The kids have a great time playing with them for hours! When the toys wear out, I will definitely purchase this set again!.
For the pool, there's a nice selection of diving toys. Underwater gliding is excellent on the little torpedoes, making sending them back and forth between the kids fun. We didn't use the gems because we were afraid they would get stuck in our filter, but the rings and sticks were perfect for diving.
These are fantastic! The little torpedo type is a family favorite, as well as the dog's, who is a little rough with them but hasn't yet destroyed them. They should last a long time if you don't have a dog chewing on them; the rings are a little more delicate, but we use ours every day and only one has lost weight.
Aside from the jewels, that is. Everything appears to be in good working order and should last for several swimming seasons. The quality of the jewels, on the other hand, disappointed me. The jewels in other sets I've bought are around 2-inches long. Made of solid silicone, it measures 3" in diameter. such as substance There are approximately one hundred of these. Made of cheap plastic and measuring 5" in diameter. They're much harder to spot in the pool and keep track of with children.
This is a great idea. We appreciated how many pieces it included. However. The rings' weight (white part) breaks easily, and they don't function properly without them. We had problems with the weights (caps) coming off on the sticks as well. Fortunately, these can be fixed, but having to do so several times per use is not fun.
