Questions & Answers

In what context are the pitcher and the boiling pot used?

According to my understanding, it is not used for anything connected to the ball pit playhouse. This is an interesting decoration that I asked myself as well, but it is a little thing. While playing in the Ball pit, my son loves to pick up the jugs and act as if he's drinking out of them.

The roof needs to be removed to use it. Can you work fully and efficiently?

Greetings from Step2. Thank you very much for your contact. No, it must be attached to the roof in order for the assembly, function, and safety of the child to be properly achieved. Dear Step2 Consumer Service, Best Regards

Tennis balls fit in this case?

It's not an actual tennis ball that I have. However, I think that they would be a good There is about the same size of ball in each of the ball pits

What type of batteries does it use?

Greetings from Step2. Thank you very much for your contact. You do not need batteries for this device. Dear Step2 Consumer Service, Best Regards

Using a power screwdriver will be necessary
5/5

For assembly, you will need a power screwdriver. It's a wonderful toy, but you should bring one with you. My time spent on it was about an hour, which isn't bad considering the task. In the end, I care most about how much my son enjoys It's funny that he doesn't seem to have stopped playing with it since I put it together.

Ideal for children who love to walk and play with balls
3/5

This ball house is so beautiful. You'll find plenty of nooks and crannies to stick the balls into or through, including shoots where you can stick the balls. Balls are the only part that is a rip-off, they are dirt cheap in every possible way. I bought the Walmart balls for the ball pit because they are better than the ones that came with it (my 1-1/2 year old squished the ball into a pancake with his bare hands from the ones that came with it) . I recommend purchasing those Walmart balls for your ball pit. In addition, the pugs use it as their nap room when the kids are not playing in it.

This is a perfect present for a one-year-old
5/5

Exactly what I wanted to give to my one-year-old! His favorite things to do are open and shut cabinets and to play with His face lit up when he saw this and he has been enjoying playing in it ever since. The tent is in the house while it is still cold outside, and we intend on bringing it outside eventually.

Putting it together has proven to be an adventure. It took a lot of effort to get a screw through two pieces of plastic because a lot of screws did not have holes. I slept poorly that night because I was annoyed. It was not quite as challenging as I thought it would be, but it was worth the effort.

This is a lot of fun for toddlers
5/5

As soon as I found out my granddaughter (age 1) was so excited to play with this, I bought a second one for my niece's Children love it because it is bright, has a lot of areas to drop the balls, and is easy in the knees. This is a highly recommended book.

A lot of fun, the balls are a little cheap and fragile
4/5

I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys playing ball. My only complaint is the cheap quality of the balls and their tendency to Some of the boxes had already been dented by the time we opened them. The problem is that they are hard to fix and to make them I find it to be annoying, but I don't think the kids notice it as much as I do! I have paid for it (but I am the one who incurred the cost) Consequently, I expect all of the parts of a toy/anything to be satisfactory when I open it for the first time.

Purchase made with good intentions
4/5

Purchase made with good intentions. Playing with it is the favorite pastime of our grandson, who is 2 years old. A taller child cannot reach the top to launch a ball since he is taller than most 2 year olds. The stool we put nearby is very helpful. He'll be better suited to the job when he's It is not uncommon for The instructions for these two products are difficult to understand. By labeling the parts, they would make it so much easier - rather than guessing their meanings.

The play house is much more than that
5/5

It is easy to build, but you will need a cordless drill to help with screwing in the screws. A dimple exists in the plastic to indicate where screws should be inserted. Playhouses that are more than just kiddie playhouses. The grandkids want me to play with them inside all the time but I have to be small. In addition, they will have something to do on the inside while I toss the balls It is just the right size for my grandsons, who are 2 and a half. In addition to the flipper attachment, he also enjoyed using it. It is light and easy to move around when it comes time to mow the lawn.

This game keeps my two year old godson at play for over an hour, a record for him with any indoor activity
4/5

Keeps him occupied for over an hour, keeping him from being distracted by other activities. It is constructed very well, since he is able to climb all over it without one of the pieces being bent. A lot of screws are used in the assembly, although it is still fairly simple. As a result, there are twice as many screws in the downtubes that support the roof. In addition, color would be more helpful if the instructions were in color or when referring to a part, it might be better to say attach orange Part G to back instead of G.
