The children will enjoy playing with this as they are 5 years old and 1 years old. It's so big that it took me two days to paint both sides. It makes him laugh when they come over and see him color it in slowly. It fits both of them just fine inside, sitting close to each other while having enough space to move about. It would need to be possible to open one side of the bed for him to lay down. Both sides of the room have a door. The door at the end of my niece's bedroom is wide (like a tunnel). She uses both doors. In addition, it has an open top that gives it a great feeling of spaciousness. It seems sturdy enough to survive them moving it around the room (I taped it up like crazy when I set it up, it comes in 2 pieces, each with 2 sides of the castle). It might have been holding up better with the tape. One side of the couch should be open so your 4yr should be able to lay inside, and it fits 2 kids comfortably (I do not think it will fit 3).
I would say yes, at least in theory. It is important that the connecting pieces fit together tightly. Despite that, it will be unstable and the turrets will not form, as they have to be 90 degrees apart for their cannons to open.

While they are on vacation, I bought this for my nephew. My ignorance of how much ground needed to be covered threw me for a loop. The last few days have been spent painting and using marker to color in two sides of both pieces (leaving him to color two more sides from each piece). This is for my 5-year-old and it is a large piece, so I wanted half of it colored It is, however, a large-sized piece, and the card board is heavy, so it's a good thing. I also like the pictures which were printed well and were cute. The kids get back to their families in two days. I am now going back to coloring.
Despite being a relatively sturdy product, it is made of basic cardboard and some of the areas where it was folded did not completely straighten out. In the end, our three toddlers played with it for at least an hour for $30, so we were happy and they could pretend to be superheroes for days to come.
The kids were coloring for days I saw them doing it for a week. After playing with it for so long, they put it away. The product is excellent and I will by another one for sure.

A new easy playhouse design - the best yet While we aren't outside on the beach, we can bring the sand inside for imagination and adventure.
This is such a great It was an easy way to spend time together and the kids were captivated for hours. They have also been in it for a long time. We HIGHLY recommend this product.
