I have hung it from a tree, so long as you have the chain hanging from a support beam rather than just hooking it into the ceiling.
I'm Jason - Having trees in the yard is not uncommon for some of us
If you want to attach this swing to a tree, you can!
When assembling a web tree swing set, the first thing I checked was that the swing is 48". A tree swing set has been a big hit with my grandchildren.

It's a great product once it's assembled. In addition to other reviews mentioning how useless the instructions in the box are, I had to check a few questions/reviews prior to determining whether this was for me. Unless you assemble the ring in a particular way, the netting is very tight, which is great but can make it a little tricky to assemble. 2. *br. The ring can be divided in half using two halves. The two halves should be folded together like a taco, and the ends should be lined up. Then fold each side (from taco to pancake), making sure both ends are smooth. You may need a second person if you find it helpful. If you get them together, you may have to push them down hard in order to slide them 4
Ensure that all eye bolts are inserted and secured. One other issue that I had, which is why I deducted a star, is that the shackles that came with it were different sizes, and one of them didn't fit on the swing set where I wanted it to be hung from. Thanks to an older set in the garage, I was able to get it working. This is a solid swing, and I plan to update my review this fall to reflect how it stands It appears to be quite durable.
There was high hope for this, but it didn't pan out. We had trouble fitting the frame together in the first place. Two things were wrong with the net it was hard to spread the frame, and you needed either a pneumatic tool or extreme strength. Second, the knots on the outer frame were zip tied, and they looked like they would break if more than one kid sat on it. Last but not least, there were just pictures and the instructions were not It was not a go for us. We wanted to like it, but decided not to. A final edit Also, we have been attempting to return the item. My email exchanges with the seller over the last few days have been exchanged. A refund is not being issued because they are trying everything to prevent it. It would seem the seller is out of the country based on the emails that were written by someone who does not speak English as a native language. A very frustrating situation! As a reminder This is a picture of the swing I have attached. Even two adults (who are strong enough) cannot stretch the ring far enough to make it long enough to connect.
Oh, yeah, LOL. I'll be honest in this The other people are definitely not as patient, nor are they trying hard enough to put this While it is not easy to pop into place, as a small 27 year old female who hasn't exercised in years & I have a fairly large foot, I don't find it difficult. The frame was able to be put in place quickly with the help of my 9 year old. It would be better not to attach the circle to the screws before you attach the screws. You will need to put the circle frame together one piece at a time clockwise. Press the pieces together just barely so that there is some room to twist and maneuver the set. It's a promise I make to you, that you will be able to handle it It is something that can be done. Do your best not to give up! Just be patient and stay strong! Oh, yeah, LOL. My time spent on this part was about 10 minutes, and I had been frustrated and was not working with my son for almost seven minutes, and I had also been bombarded by my three Last three times, we worked together to achieve our goal! The exact words my son used to describe teamwork "YASS TEAMWORK BABY!". I got it in when it was delivered. Men, you have to be resilient. In addition to that, everything It is simple. It's that simple. I didn't look at directions, I just went straight to the freaking point. Set the screws in the holes, add the washer, and tighten the bolt as much as you can, until the bolt does not move anymore. Having gotten my ladder, I can now climb. I mounted it to the frame of my house and climbed up. I think it's amazing. All 5 of my kids fit on this swing with me on it, and I am a mom to 5 kids with 4 under 3. There are those who complain about the comfort of their living arrangements. Again, it's nothing to be concerned about. There are blankets and pillows for your head, so use them. The boom! The problem has been resolved. It holds a ton of weight and is as comfortable as it can be. It's hard to beat this price at all. A great way to spend a couple of hours without breaking.
This is a big hit with the kids! It has been a non-stop swing ride for me and my three children! There are three of them -- 9 and 7 and five. It has also been used by other children up to age 17, as well as by my wife. I have seen how much fun the kids have had. The tow strap was used to hang it from our tree, but I definitely think it was worth the money. Be sure to check it out before you allow the children to ride it. If they hit the trunk of the tree we hung the sign from, they might suffer serious injuries. The swing was initially swinging towards the trunk as a precaution to ensure that it wouldn't touch the tree.
In any case, I'd like to get it anyway and just install my own clamps to prevent it from failing. We have some good news to share! Fixing the connection and adding a strong rope clamp solved the problem! My three kids and I are here! Even at 500 pounds, you won't have any trouble! Directions are still a bit confusing, but the parts are easy to assemble.
The hint is Put the bolts in at the end when you have to twist the frame like a Pringle. If you plan on hanging the swing from a swing set, make sure it has a swivel so you can move it Overall, I think it's a nice swing and I'm glad my family decided to get it - Thanks for all your help! In addition to being a good size, it is also very durable.
It's up and working, and the kids are all having fun with The adults have a couple of problems.
One issue is the screws that hold the rope to the ring are short. I guess it keeps them from protruding too much, but there isn't much grip on the ropes. It takes two rotations for the screw to turn. That's all there is to However, it seems to be staying attached so far! The test was performed on an adult that weighed 250 pounds. In addition to the ring's hardness, the kids walk around on it, but if they lay on it ( bigger kids), their head rests on a hard lump and so do their legs. It's tough to maneuver around. The feeling is very There would be some great benefit in adding foam or rubber padding. It is made in China. I might add pool noodles to ours. Initially, I thought it was a U. S. product, but it's This appeared to be an authentic product because it was marketed that way. It was easier for me to choose this one over another since I thought I was buying from a domestic This is not a big deal to you if you aren't bothered by it. It has proven to be a good swing so far. This swing is still up and in use.
Edited to add This swing is still up and in use. I really enjoyed it. If I had the money, I would get it again.
