I have mine configured in this way. A single strap hooks to a swivel hook. Once the swing straps were connected to the swivel, it was time to get started.
You may want to consider getting a tree strap to help protect it. In the case of single branches, the length of a strap would vary with the height and where the swing needs to be hung. I needed my Grandparent's to be at a lower level for my younger grandson.
Obviously, the straps come with the hammock are long, but you can always buy tree straps and hook them on to extend the length yet further. Hammock tree straps are super long and can hold 400-500 pounds of weight, so they would fit perfectly.

I love that my kids enjoy it so much! While the assembly was fairly straightforward, I didn't have enough strength to reach the ends of the last tube and needed my husband's help to attach them. I-t was even tough for us two, but when it was over, it was worth it. It worked great for hanging the swing with the hanging straps that we purchased from the customerss also bought section of the website.
I'm looking forward to having fun on the swing, it is well made and I'm glad I have it.
They can easily push themselves through it because we've built it low enough to the ground. All they have to do is run, hop on, and stand in the middle! I can make it go by myself even if I'm 2 years old. My first experience with a swing like this is that I don't know another one like it, and it surprised me how sturdy it is and how well it has held up. Since we are currently using it only inside, we are not sure how it would perform outside. A great swing! I highly recommend it!.
As of this writing, I have purchased two swings. To see if it would be useful to my grandkids, I made the first. There were no shortage of hits. They tell their parents they are going to Granny, but they don't know where to go I'm going to swing at his house. Due to their incredible love for it, I bought a second one for them to have at their house as well. The product has a high standard of construction. When they do want to swing by themselves they are able to do so by using this hole in the middle. It has held up to five grandkids at the same time, so it's extremely durable. There is no doubt that this swing is worth recommending. I think we got good value for our money.
