The maximum load is determined by how the bar is hung. Our trapeze bar is made of solid wood and hung in the living room's entryway. The weight of the hooks(? ) can support a weight of more than 500 pounds.
I bought it last year, and I believe I had to go to Lowe's and get two hooks.
The yellow handles are 3ft 2inches long from the top chain link to the bottom.
They're made of hard plastic, but the hole where it connects to the s-hook has a metal grommet. a chain and a hook As a result, it's reaffirmed. We've had ours up in the hot Florida sun for over three years and they're still in great shape. They've supported my 65-pound daughter as well as my 185-pound body!

The original trapeze on my Rainbow Playset had broken, so I bought this. I chose this product for two reasons: 1) the colors went well with the rest of our Playset's accessories, and 2) the weight limit was much higher than comparable products. We enjoy playing with our children, and my husband and I frequently join them on the Playset. We can also use this trapeze because it is sufficiently strong. br>br>The actual trapeze bar is green, not wooden, as depicted in the product image. I prefer the green because it goes with our Playset's canopy. br>br>Switching out the old trapeze was a piece of cake for my husband. Within minutes, my son was swinging from it. Although we have only had it for a short time, I am confident that we will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.
We are extremely fortunate to have chosen this one, as all of the positive feedback is accurate. It is extremely durable and well constructed. My kids could not wait to start swinging and hanging upside down because the colors are vibrant and appealing. br> It was simple and straightforward to set up. Once it was out of the box, it didn't take much effort. This is an A+ in every way. I'm so glad we chose this company.
The chains are well-coated and sturdy.
It's a fantastic product at a fantastic price. The trapeze arrived on time and with all of the hardware required to replace the old rusted and sticky trapeze. The rubber-coated hand grip (on the bar) and the rubber-coated rubber-coated rubber-coated rubber-coated rubber The coated chain looks much nicer than the old trapeze, and we'll have to see how it holds up to the elements and small children over time. I'd buy it again at this point.
The quality is extremely strong and long-lasting. The bar, rather than being made of wood, is made of commercial-grade playground plastic. The handles are wide enough to accommodate both hands and feet. The chain is thick and coated about two-thirds of the way up. The only flaw is that the chain was too short for the bar. Our swingset is 7 feet high, so we needed handles that reached low enough for our 4-year-old. Additional chain, on the other hand, can be purchased at any hardware store and attached quickly using quick links.
With mats underneath, we put this up in our basement for our two-year-old and four-year-old. They are enthralled by it and use it on a daily basis. I've also put my full weight on the line to see if it works. With the proper anchors, it can easily hold 200 lbs.
It has a very tough build. Our new trapeze bar is even better than our old one. It also appears to be in excellent condition.
The most excellent purchase! Our first one was broken by our lawn guys, but the kids love to hang and flip on it now. This new version appeals to me more than the previous one from a few years ago. Amazon, thank you very much!.
