A birth ball is much thicker and much sturdier than a baby ball. Our daughter loves it and with the sizing chart we were able to order the right size that fits her perfectly (we did not get the right If I may be accusatory, I believe that many of the other size charts are designed to induce you to buy smaller sizes to keep costs down. She chooses exercises that work best for her from the exercise booklet because it is very easy to read and has more exercises than she needs, but they work for her, so she just picks and chooses which ones to do. The birthing ball has been a great success for us. The product is highly recommended for anyone who is looking for it.

It is true. This ball is really nice, and I just inflated it with a hand pump in a matter of I have not yet tried the socks. There was one thing I didn't like about these two things There aren't many balls in this game. The height of my head is 5' 5" and I weigh 110 pounds Two) and three The first thing I noticed was the paint thinner smell when I opened the package. After a day, the smell went away, but it was still there. This ball is causing me to wish I was in labor even though I'm 39 weeks pregnant.

My experience so far with the birth ball has been great, I'm only in my 2nd trimester, 2nd pregnancy so I am feeling aches and pains earlier such as hip pains and sciatic pains, 30 minutes on this ball daily is helping me stop these pains. I thought it would be a little wider. I also expected it to come with a book. This is a nice addition to the sock collection. It is thick and nice to hold. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who expects!.

I was very surprised by how fast this product arrived. In the past, I had a different kind of ball that didn't work out very well. As I purchased the Birth ball, I had optimistic expectations. When it arrived in the box, I found cute socks (non skid), a manual pump, the Ball, and some techniques (which were, I might add, described a lot) The ball is very comfortable to sit on and or lean against it was very convenient to use during my pregnancy. The quality was also very good. It was a worry of mine when my dog (Lab/Collie) jumped on my lap and her nails hit the ball that it would break but thank goodness it didn't. I thought it was a good price and quality for the price.

My original review of this ball was published at 20 weeks, and I talked about how much I enjoyed it. Having been pregnant for 33 weeks now, it is not nearly Because I am 5'8 and a little smaller, I probably shouldn't have gotten a big There's no way 64" will fit in your hands. My excitement was an excuse for being blinded by the fact that it was too small. I guess I was just enamored with the new toy in the house. However, aside from that, I thought your ball and kit were awesome.

I was surprised at how fast the item came. The booklet is very informative and gives examples of the different stages and when to use them. A neutral color like the ball appeals to me. As compared to a normal exercise ball that you might see at your gym, it also seems quite thick.
