In fact, yes. When my 3 year old was given this, he and his little brother (who was 22 months at the time) instantly jumped on it and began to play. My two boys are only 14 months apart and so they immediately got on and began playing. are still doing it today, every day of the week. To address the most common complaints about this product, I modified it slightly. Most people complained that the handle bar cushion was too fragile. I highly recommend it! I think it was the best thing I have ever bought for my son! It is something he uses every day, maybe eight to ten times a day Each day you get to hear it 12 times! He is really able to burn off extra energy by doing that. The fact that he can exercise even when I am not able to take him for a walk or to the park, or on a rainy day is great. When my son was 13 months old, he began jumping very early and was climbing all over the furniture in the house. There was no better way to solve this problem. The device has been used by my son since about 15 months, even though the rating is for 3+. At 22 months, he still uses the product on a regular basis. I highly recommend this product!.
