The quality is excellent, and I appreciate the fact that the cover can be disassembled and washed if necessary. Pro tip: When you first take the pit out of the box, it comes in two pieces and appears a little "smushed. " Allow it to rest for a few hours before attempting to shape it. br>br>Update: according to another review, the bottom does not attach to the sides, allowing the balls to fly everywhere. That is not the case. The bottom part of the skirt zips up to the side piece in a very subtle way. The balls will not be able to escape once you zip it.
It was my fault for not paying close enough attention to the measurements. However, because the sides aren't attached to the bottom, a single dive in by a giddy little boy will likely cause the sides to pop off and spill balls all over the place. It'll never be the right shape, either. The foam was smashed and misshapen to the point of being a shambles. I will be back as soon as possible.

As suggested by the seller, I used a hair dryer on the creased areas. It's difficult to see when you first get it, but it zips all the way down to the bottom, making it one piece. The foam was thick, and the fabric cover was thick, well-made, and extremely soft. br>br>The replacement came with a set of complimentary gray and white balls, which are very cute. However, this pit did not appear to be as thick, and the cloth was thinner and less well-made than the previous one. If it weren't for the messed-up zipper on the first one, it would have been much better. I'm not sure why there are different levels of product quality, but I didn't want to message them again and make a big deal about it because this zipper worked perfectly fine. br>br>Overall, this is a cute addition for a growing baby, and my son loves it. Because he can't fully sit yet, I added the donut pillow to help him stay seated longer.
Edit: The return of a ball pit is extremely difficult. I didn't want to try it again, and the ball pit's shapes improved after a few days out of the box, but they were still misshapen. Following some online research, I discovered that using a blow dryer to remove some of the creases could be beneficial. It finally looks like the advertised picture after it has been heated up. I raised my star rating to three stars because I believe the seller should include instructions on how to make their product look like the pictures (I shouldn't have to spend hours searching the internet). Furthermore, because of the reusable vacuum sealed packaging, I am still not convinced that these products are new, so I am hesitant to give it a higher rating than three stars. br>br>Clearly, I was sent a returned used ball pit. I paid full price for this, so I should have received a brand-new item that was worth the money. It's outrageous that they'd send me a used and returned ball pit in a vacuum-sealed bag that's now wrinkled and misshapen. This ball pit has excellent reviews, so I'll be exchanging it for the same product. Hopefully, I'll get a better product this time, and I'll be able to write a more positive review.
Our dove ball pit is one of our favorite things in the house! It's the ideal toy for my 10-month-old, and it'll grow with him. It's a lot of fun for him to play in!.
The item was packed in two of those vacuum compression bags, and the box was coming apart and taped up in a way that looked like it had been returned (pictured). Again, it was clear that this was an opened product rather than a new one. Overall, the item appears to be in good condition and has no flaws, but I am disappointed that I paid full price for an item that had already been opened. This item should have been marked as previously opened/returned and offered at a reduced price (I wouldn't have bought something that wasn't brand new).
It was an AMAZING BUY! She adores sitting in it and playing with her other toys INSIDE of it, which we appreciate because it helps us keep the mess of children's toys under control. She also likes to watch movies while lounging in it with a pillow. It's also neutral, so it goes with any style of home. I would definitely buy this item again because it was delivered quickly.
