The mouth and eyes of each puppet are closed for the most part. They are made by hand and no two are exactly alike.
In fact, I am a very large man and the puppet fits nicely in my hand. (Side note I have been using this puppet as my primary puppet sidekick for a few years now, and it has held up well.)

Buying this toy for my 7 year old daughter who is a talented muppeteer was great fun. This is scary! Taking an Amazon look at the Puppets she could get, I decided there had to be a better way to buy it. My husband and I have been so pleased with the puppet we found! This puppet is very well built and I am impressed with its overall construction (very well done I might add). A rod with which it can be used in either hand can be interchanged. I was shocked to find out that my daughter was able to play with this large, but lightweight, muppet.
I use it to imagine I am dealing with an educator (Mr. Greeney) helping to train my daughter to use the bathroom. The little girl loves Mr. Greeney very much and enjoys showing him how she can go potty on her own. It's like a game to her! I am excited to announce that my daughter is now using How wonderful to be able to teach this way!.
