There are a few lights in here. If a toddler were to try and walk with it, as when he or she hangs on to the chair, I don't know if it would fall. But it rolls easily.
I think there are about 20 pieces to assemble! My son said it was extremely difficult. His assembly skill sets are excellent, and he's very young. He took an hour to complete the task! It seems that he is really good at assembling! It seems to be difficult to assemble Little Tykes since the brand is known for its ease of use! We are disappointed! Her age at the time of his achievement was 27 months.
It does not turn one way instead, the toddler must turn it in one direction, with the cart being very light and thereby having less chances of snagging
The grandson I have loves this one. The stroller we got him for Christmas was only a few months old, so he was just barely walking when we got it. The child is now 20 months old, and he loves to put things in the bag and poke

I would definitely recommend this shopping cart to all grandparents with young children. I keep various toys in our home for our 2 grandchildren, so when they visit we will always have toys on hand to hold their attention and for them to enjoy. It's our newest addition and we are so glad to have added it. The first thing you should know is that this product needs some assembly, but the directions were simple to follow and it didn't take more than 10-15 minutes to put together. Afterwards, we can pass it on to somebody else who can use it for their little ones. I know this is not going to fall apart and will last a long time. My wife and I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to us that our grandchildren play with sturdy toys, especially at their age, as my You can see in one of my pictures how this cart compares to a different one. In addition, the one that is not a Little Tikes would not even be able to be used for helping her learn It is indeed a dangerous situation due to the weight and instability of the device. Our 3 year old grandson loves this toy as he loads up the real basket seat in the top with all the toys so it looks just like the one at the grocery store. This toy shopping cart will last for a very long time and I would highly recommend it.
In a sense. This is my favorite little cart. I've bought it twice for my daughter already - she loves it & I love it too! A year after she learned to walk for the first time, and a third time when she was 3 years old. It went with her play kitchen when she was 5 and desperately begging for it. It had been thrown away by me when she was about two. I purged 5 of them because she wasn't using them as much because I was. The material is durable enough to even hold up to my 5 children. It is perfect for a 5 year old to play "crash, bang" with. The assembly of this thing, however, is a pain for me. In essence, everything is fairly simple (and I was able to follow the instructions with little difficulty) until I got to the wheel nuts. They had to be hammered on, and it was a tight fit with a very small area of contact between the nut and the hub. It has so many times in my life that I hammered my fingers. not once have I ever had a small bastard come off after it has been hammered in all the way.
When I pulled the yellow part out of the box, however, I discovered that the exact opposite was true. I was also surprised to find out how dirty it was due to the sharp edges of the plastic seam. My eyes opened wide when I noticed it had been scratched to hell like someone had used it to test the durability of a butter knife by slashing a few hundred times against the yellow body. Take a look at these pictures and videos. The item was returned and I could not exchange it. I thought about buying another but the price went up by $10, so I didn't bother.
The directions are only pictures so I had to ask to have my boyfriend help, but it looks so great when it's all put together! There's no way it's gonna tilt and my little boy loves By collapsing the seat part, you can easily put a baby (or other items) in the front or close the seat to have more No, I haven't but there's a plug on the bottom so you can fill it with sand if you want it to be his height goes, he is 16m and tall for his age. I think it's a good height for him to use at this point and in the future.
It was too bad I didn't hear some of the reviews about the shopping cart overturning. Despite being careful, it toppled yesterday and my son hurt himself (we went to Urgent Care but thankfully nothing serious). A second design flaw was discovered. The wheels on the front of my son's cart don't move sideways, which makes it difficult for him to change directions as he has to lift the cart to do so. The result is another fall hazard in our house.
During my 20 years of working in childcare, my husband and I owned and operated preschools and daycares. Buying this for our granddaughter, 27 months old, was a great idea. It is one of her favorite things! I put this shopping cart together with the help of my son, who knows how to read directions and is adept at putting things together as well. "It took him an hour to put it together!" We aren't dealing with the Little Tykes brand we are familiar with and have known for Can you tell me what Take the easy way out! Let's be honest, this is a child's shopping cart. Her favorite part is that it took a lot of effort to assemble! It's better this way!.
A little too much weight is being placed on the top of the shopping cart. For a stable base, those in the middle need to fill it up with water or sand. It is a good quality product overall. There was no opening to the package, but it did not appear new. You will need to assemble it a bit, so it's important to read the instructions carefully before buying. The toys are quite heavy, but my 2 yr old loves to push around on them. Whenever he leaves the house, he takes the backpack with him in which he keeps his favorite toys. Some people have mixed feelings about this, but it's definitely worth checking out. Shopping carts of this quality are much superior to those of other less expensive versions. There is no doubt that this design is better and more enjoyable to use. The best part is that it is made in the United States. Although the reviews were mixed, I still purchased it for that reason alone.
This is the play set I chose for my granddaughters because it is very sturdy and does not have any sharp edges or moving parts that could cause She enjoys taking her baby doll for rides while she "shops" around the house using the basket, whether to place things in (then take them out) or to steal them. My younger granddaughter, who is 13 months old, loves this basket, and it fits her baby doll. There are four of me. Also, my 5-year-old granddaughter enjoys playing with her little sister with the cart. She goes to the store with her and they have hours of fun together. As with all of the little tikes toys, it's made to last, and I am sure that kids will want to keep it for as long as they want to. I recommend this product!.
