My grand daughter purchased this phone for me, but it stopped working the first time she opened it. It didn't work after I switched out the batteries for a new one. To be sure that the new batteries were working, I tried them in another toy. The disappointment I experienced was nothing compared to the disappointment my grand daughter felt.

The buttons on 90% of computers stopped working after the first wipe down with a disinfectant wipe (seventh generation). I am not sure why I got it, maybe just in either case, it can only be accomplished by clicking the three buttons at the bottom. This is a favorite of my baby girl, so I would give it I would say it's a cute toy if it was just mine that was a dud.

It was purchased for me by Minnie Cell Phone and Minnie Cell Phone case. It has been three years since I was allowed to drive. To open it ahead of Christmas for her 10-year-old granddaughter. I could not press any of the buttons on the phone. I was only able to use the bottom buttons because they lit up just like they should. It was all over then. In other reviews, people had complained that volume was too low and it was a disappointment to them It was a good call. In my case, it was new button batteries, and I had bought new button batteries for it I still hadn't been able to solve the problem. From a second package of button batteries, I tried again to replace them I still hadn't been able to solve the problem. A cell phone toy may look adorable but that's about A customer service representative from Amazon answered my call I will receive a refund for the price I paid once I receive the non-return item My son was happy to have a working cell phone to play with.

I found it to be a subpar product. Keeping her busy in the car is good for her health. It doesn't make me spring for joy, as I feel it could be a little better quality, but it does the job. There is a mismatch between the sounds and the buttons.

This phone is very popular with my daughter. She was a big Minnie Mouse fan since she was a youngster, and she loves to talk on the phone now. There isn't much volume which is great since she can press the buttons as much as she wants without it getting to be.
