This is ineffective. For children, this item is too large. This is for people over the age of 18. It won't work for a child because it won't reach both the ear and the mouth at the same time, so she won't be able to hear herself.
This product assists my clients with accent reduction by allowing them to hear how they pronounce words rather than just how they think they should pronounce them. It has proven to be extremely helpful in assisting my clients in achieving their objectives.
I bought it for my son to help him pronounce new words while he was reading. I also thought it would be beneficial to my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. , who is also broadening her vocabularies. Unfortunately, I've discovered that it's simply too large to reach from their ear to their mouth in such a way that they can accurately hear themselves. br>Of course, for under $14, you can't expect great quality, but it does appear to be fragile if dropped on a hard surface. We simply keep ours with her school supplies and use it as needed to avoid having an accident with it. br>I had high expectations for this item, but it has let me down. However, I believe it is likely that I will be unable to return it.
My fault for not paying attention to the description. It was, however, a simple amplifier that could be found for a dollar in dollar stores. Even at a reduced price, I don't think it's worth it.
My son is in speech therapy because he can't pronounce the letter s. This was given to him by one of his speech teachers, who he adored! He requested that I obtain one for him so that he could hear himself speak. This is something that my 11-year-old son enjoys. Not as a toy, but as a tool for learning.
This is one of my 5-year-old's favorites, and we both enjoy it! This will help her with her reading because I'm homeschooling this year. It will also assist in other areas of development.
I purchased three of these phonics phones for use in my classroom's centers. They are well-liked by my students. I like how the phones can be cleaned after each use with soap and water.
It's perfect for what it's supposed to be used for. I'm trying to teach my kids to read with a lower tone. Very strong; Although I have not tested this claim, it is likely to withstand some rough play without falling apart. I would buy it again if the need arose.
