It appeals to him greatly. A drill was requested by my three-year-old son. He also enjoys dinosaurs, so this was a gift that piqued his interest. We assembled all three dinos as soon as we received it. You must adhere to the instructions, but once you've completed one, the other two are very similar. The head was a little difficult, and my 3-year-old couldn't do it on his own (however, it's a great toy for spending time with your child). His tongue was sticking out because he was so focused. The drill also rotates forward and backward. Each dino (a total of three) comes with a manual screwdriver as well. The drill comes with both a flathead and a phillips tip, but you only need the flathead for assembling the dinosaurs that come with it.

For my two-year-old son, I purchased these. Putting them together was a lot of fun for us. We liked that we could use either the screwdriver or the drill. It was convenient that the screws could be drilled with either a phillips or a regular drill bit. The instructions were helpful, but once you'd put the first dinosaur together, you didn't need them anymore. The dinosaurs are the perfect size for my toddler and have withstood his "fighting," which consists of slamming them into each other. I'm looking forward to taking these on vacation with us so that I can disassemble and reassemble them to keep my son entertained.

The vendor was fantastic! My son was pleased with the prompt response. My son is fascinated by dinosaurs, so when I saw this kit, I thought it would be fun for him to create his own. One dinosaur set had three of the same leg that were incorrect. I reached out to the seller through Amazon, and he responded promptly. Instead of sending me the missing part, he sent me an entirely new package, which my son received in less than five days. The dinosaurs were well-made and a big hit. made too.

These dinosaurs were a huge hit with the two boys who received them (ages 4 and 5). They are obsessed with dinosaurs, and having tools included adds to the fun. Any child who enjoys dinosaurs should get these.

This set does not include an electric drill, despite the fact that it is advertised as such. Now it's time for me to return. This purchase did not meet my expectations.
