I have doubts about your ability to take it outdoors, because I have never done so. When I was a kid, my great-granddaughter was five years old A lot of fun is had with it by the granddaughter. This is a very durable item that she really enjoys wearing. After searching for it on Amazon for some time, I am very pleased with it and would recommend it.
Our mailbox has a deep pit, but it could only carry cards the size of a postcard. It was a bit tricky to put cards into it, so we bent the corners There is no better way for kids to learn!
Business-size envelopes cannot be used to mail greeting cards in standard size mail and standard-size envelopes cannot be used for postage

By the end of the first day, the mailbox door had broken off. As if that wasn't bad enough, the fake letters provided are a farce as well It takes up a lot of time.
