I was just thinking about that the other day; I believe it could work, but it appears to be a little slimmer. Unfortunately, I don't have any attachments to test this, but I'm confident it will fit in a holster; just make sure it isn't too narrow near the end. Because the holster, I'm sure, makes a difference.

Put a stop to it. TLDR; Fantastic prop with a solid build and interesting mechanisms. br>br>What it excels at:
- When you pull the trigger, it actually clicksbr>- The hammer can be pulled back (but it does not lock; it is what makes the clicking sound when it is fired)br>- When compressed, the dual-sided "safety" opens the front mechanism and pushes out the mag (which is not removable). br>- Quality feel, good heft, and feels like it was made for human handsbr>br>Minor flaws and other observations:
- Because it does not lock open, I kept it open in the photos by playing a DS game.
- The sharp angle of the trigger digs into your finger just enough to make me go "aw man"br>- when spun around your trigger finger (like in the pickup animation). It does about the same amount of damage as a mozzy. It does not fire (as was predicted).
I can't say no for $20. I do wish the reload lever could be toggled rather than held.
The prop looks good and will be useful for cosplayers and the like, but the reload mechanism's lever is extremely small and flat against the gun's body, making it difficult to operate with just your thumb. It would be easier to actuate the mechanism if you pushed the lever down. However, you must use your thumb to push it up, which is difficult because your hand is positioned in such a way that your thumb has very little leverage, and the entire process feels awkward and poorly designed. (It's a game, after all. ) accurate, but in my opinion, a small detail like which way the lever pulls is far less important than how a product feels to operate)br>Also, the trigger and trigger guard have this strange texture on the inside that may look cool, but it makes it extremely uncomfortable and even painful to twirl the gun on your finger like you would normally do with a revolver (the game features many twirling animations) The gun's entire grip is also uncomfortable. It reminds me of the new Roblox nerf guns: it looks cool, but if you hold it incorrectly, it can actually hurt your hand. So, in conclusion: Clearly, this was not intended to be a fun toy to play with, but then again, it probably wasn't. It's meant to be a video game prop replica of a gun. And you don't have to worry about making guns comfortable to hold in video games; all you have to do is make them look cool. It's great for the players, but it's a nightmare for the prop designers. br>However, it appears to be in good working order.
Because I'm not an Apex player, I don't recall ordering this, but it looks really cool, and the way it opens up when you press the reload lever is really cool. I paid three times the amount. If you're an Apex fan or a fan of cool sci-fi, this is 4 times as much ($20 at the time of purchase) for static 3D printed models of less complicated guns on Etsy, and this has more detail and function, which I suppose is the benefit of having a large company make an officially licensed product. This is a fantastic choice for sci-fi/steampunk weapons or a cosplayer, and it arrived on my doorstep to my delight. br>br>For the record, it's just a toy/prop. It does not fire anything (no darts, no plastic pellets, nothing at all); Around a centimeter in from the muzzle, the barrel is even blocked off). It doesn't lock up for reloading, but it closes with a satisfying snap. When you pull the trigger, it works and the hammer moves.
The details and use of it as a prop are both appealing to me. In the future, I'll probably paint a different skin on it.
It has a nice weight to it. I didn't expect it to be as big as it was.
