It seems like a nice idea, but I'm not sure how well it works There is definitely a need for a stronger magnet in this device. They are for my nephew, but he has no interest in them other than the attractive colors. Lower the price or beef up the magnet strength!.
It is a durable toy that is safe believe that to make it really fun for over 2 you must buy two sets so that you can build a substantial tower or building. I've been 26 for 26 years The month following I believe she lost interest because there weren't enough blocks for her to stack. She is very good at stacking a lot of blocks.
These magnetic cubes have been a big hit with my son. In addition to building towers, he's 18 months old and loves the outdoors. It's really great that the magnetic cubes won't fall off so easily, so he can actually enjoy building with them. In his hands, they are not heavy and it's easy for him to handle them.
It's fun to play with these brightly colored blocks, which little hands can navigate easily. My recommendation is to use them when a child is between 18 months and 3 years old.
Because it is solid, it is difficult for them to fall over as he builds. The same is true for my nephew who also loves them. It only has one downfall they are quite pricey (for blocks) when you buy more blocks in a pack.
Whenever my Granddaughter and I work on colors, we stack them. She likes them a lot.
They did not have any kind of magnetic force, so I returned. In a literal sense, stack and drop All blocks fall to the ground as if they were normal This magnet grip would have been better had it been made from felt.
