The Green Guard stamp is a mystery to me. My 1-year-old son, on the other hand, adores the set. It's well-made. However, I would strongly advise purchasing a set of foam tile squares to use underneath.
It does not include Velcro or a non-slip surface. the bottom of the skid Although our grandson seemed to enjoy it, we returned it right away because the pieces were strewn about. It's well built, but it's not very practical for a 10-month-old to climb on.
I'm not sure if it's a "slide" at all. These mats are enjoyed by my three children, ages one, three, and eight. (These mats are a little too big for my 12-year-old) I use them for therapeutic purposes. These are especially useful as sensory input or when working with occupational therapists because they are excellent strengthening tools. The mats come in a variety of sizes and shapes, allowing for a wide range of activities and applications.

My toddler enjoys crawling all over them, which aids in the development of her gross motor skills. She barely makes an impression on the mats when she steps on it, and it quickly returns to its original shape. When an adult steps on it, it is crushed fairly severely, but it only takes a few seconds to reform. These do slide on carpet and hardwood, but my little one quickly figured out how to crawl on it without pushing it, so I believe it aided some cognitive development in figuring out the physics. br>br>I really like this product. I told my mom's group about it, and I'm going to buy more. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> This product looks just as good now as it did when we first got it, 5 years later. The seams withstood the test of time. They are still a hit with my toddler! They're great for jumping, and because they're foam, I don't have to worry about her hitting her head. When I clean up the playroom, I stack them like a chair, throw a thick blanket over them, and it transforms into the perfect reading book. br>br>By far the best toy purchase I've made in the last two years!.
This was bought for my 1st birthday by my mother. a child of five years old She appears to be interested, but they move far too much for her to climb on. I'm going to get some Velcro because I've read that it helps with the problem in other reviews. It would be nice if the bottom parts already had a non-slip gripper because it seems absurd that you need to add anything to make it practical/functional for the money. Also, a piece other than the circular mat would be nice. It's a complete waste of money because it serves no purpose.
This is a toy that my baby enjoys exploring. Now that she's crawling and walking around her play pen, I gave her some motor exercises to do. It worked well as a ball pit for her when combined with soft plastic balls. The only thing is that I'll have to add Velcro to the bottom so it doesn't move around while she's playing.
My one-year-old daughter enjoys climbing on, over, and through these blocks. We purchased them for her a few months ago, and she enjoys sitting on them as well. We only use the big square, the small rectangle, and the ramp out of the five different shapes. Perhaps as she grows more mobile, she will appreciate the other shapes as well. They can also be used as a foundation for a small pillow/blanket fort. br>br>The material appears to be of good quality, and the colors are vibrant and appealing. The foam is strong enough for an adult to sit on without it deforming too much, and it bounces back quickly. My cats also like to sit on them. br>br>.
My four-year-old son, it turns out, enjoys them just as much as he does. It's the item in the house that gets the most use, and toys have taken a back seat. It's the best investment you'll ever make because they'll never be bored because they'll be active all day! I would recommend these to any child to play on and with; the slide is also great for my one-year-old to practice on.
This is an excellent item. It was in excellent condition when it arrived. The little guy (9 months old) is having a great time, and I'm going to get some velcro to keep them together.
These were purchased for a grandchild's first birthday. She adores them, and she still plays with them on a daily basis months later. The blocks are large and cushy, yet light enough to be pushed around and stacked by a small child. The vinyl is easy to clean and has no odor retention. The stitching is strong and lasts a long time. br>br>A word of caution: These are also popular with older toddlers, but they are not suitable for indoor acrobatics or rowdy play. For a 4- year- They can be extremely dangerous for a young aspiring gymnast. Outside, on the grass, they'd be much safer, but I'd still be concerned about misuse. I'd get something heavier and with a way for the pieces to be securely connected for children over the age of two or three.
He adores climbing all over them, and his gross motor development is on track for his age, according to a recent appointment with his neonatologist. They're also quite long lasting. My older children enjoy climbing and playing with my infant on them. They've done a fantastic job of holding up.
