What kind of crap does that deserve? The stickers do not fit correctly on the eyes. Now that it took so long to arrive, there is no way to return and get a new one. Not only do I have to watch my child play with it every day, there is no way to send it back. She wants to know what's wrong with her. I need to answer her questions. I have a horrible job to do.

Have been waiting for this to be released, and will prolly be one of the first in order to own one. It is based on the same head sculpt as the first Elsa head from the first movie, but it has been reinforced to provide better support and they made the neck half inch shorter, but the change is not marked. This is a great hair accessories collection for Frozen and Elsa fans, both adults and children. Whether you own these accessories or you're buying them for your kiddos, these will make a great addition to your collection.

I saw this in the Amazon toy book for a 8 year old girl and she wanted it for Christmas. Who doesn't love Elsa? It is quite pretty, and I absolutely love it. It was very exciting for her to practice the hair styles on the doll with the extensions and to see the color change. We followed the directions the way they were written very carefully, but unfortunately the extensions did not change color. Furthermore, the hair extensions did not change color when she was brushing or styling it, and it was coming out excessively due to the brushing and styling. It was a major disappointment and I wouldn't recommend it.

I disliked the hair on the doll it was curly, frizzy, and it was poor quality. This means you can't use a brush to clean it. It is impossible to style the hair with this kind of clumping and knotting. It is a mess on the floor due to loose hairs. A braid would be impossible to do on such thick hair. It is a joke to choose the accessories and I am sorry to disappoint It is not a product to recommend!.

This was bought as a gift for my niece's third birthday. This doll was a big hit with her! It's of good quality at a good price, and it has a lot of items you can use to style your hair.

As a first Christmas gift to my 8 year old daughter, I was excited to give her this. A circle had been made in the Christmas catalog of Amazon. In the end, she put the book aside to play with her iPad. The excitement around it was more intense for me than for her. Overall, I think it is a good product. It gives me what I was looking for. It may not sound like much but if I could change one thing, I would make the packaging stronger and more appealing since I was worried the clear part would push in before it.

It's ok, I guess I got this for my 4 year old who wants to do my hair at all times. The Christmas present she opened was played for all of 10 minutes, then went about her business
If I was to make a change, I would change the accessories to be a bit more like jewelry. The picture she has already used (seeing that she has already played with it), I guess I will have to wait and see how she uses it more.

Hello, good day! It's made just right and comes in more than one size. I don't recommend any of the cheaper Frozen doll heads out there as they don't seem to be very stable and are It is strongly recommended that you check out this larger one. Very happy with the product! I'd buy again.
