It must have been a long time ago. It took me a few days to realize it wasn't what I expected once I got it. I sent it back within a day.
The dimensions are 25 inches long
The answer is yes. The weight is very light. Nevertheless, she just started using it quite a bit once she reached the age of 18 The 20-month mark has passed. We've also used it with our 3-year-old who loves it, so we'll continue to use it for a while.
Both of my babies use it, a 20 month old and a three year old. It isn't accurate to use 3 months.

She loves it! I've had it for a year already.
I will start by saying I gave my initial review a poor rating. I did not turn the toy over to find the on switch as I was too stupid to do so. "Try me" was the word I had in my mind. I hate it. I apologize for that, but this vacuum is very I find it at times a little annoying and can be a bit loud because the sound is beads in a plastic tube. As is typical for Minnie, the bow lights up. This is a nice bag. The handle is flimsy and it's hard to push forward. I think it's a good idea.
At first, the vacuum will be set to "try me" mode when it is delivered to you. As soon as you push the vacuum it turns off all of a sudden, however when you push the button it lights up and the beads spin. At first, this was a nuisance to the baby, because she got it as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, she tore the box open as soon as she opened it and missed the directions. You have to turn the vacuum to the "on" position on the bottom. When the vacuum is pushed, the vacuum will work properly, this will be indicated by the vacuum lighting up and the beads spinning appropriately. As for the switch, that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars, and while I think it is uhaul's fault for not switching the switch correctly, it seemed to aggravate my kid at first due to lack of functioning. The baby does, however, love it now that I put it in the correct If you purchase this product you should only have to flip a switch once and it should only operate in one mode. The vacuum is a great product other than that. A toy that doesn't suck up anything or clean up anything, this is just for fun.
When people choose the bottom and turn off the demo button, it makes a loud noise and when pushed on carpet will need new batteries and the demo ones won't last very long. The only downside is that it is stiff and not easy to pull to get into vacuuming position.

When I took the item out of the package bag, I noticed that the zip ties had been cut with scissors, and there was tape all over the box from where someone taped it prior to I am NOT pleased with this situation. This is a birthday present, and if I had been able to purchase a used item, I would have done so. My birthday is too close to send this back but if it weren't for my birthday I would for sure return it. In order to resell a product correctly, you need to put it back together.
