The sound on this device has disappeared completely since I purchased it last month. Are there any measures that can be taken to resolve this issue? My niece was very attached to her own laptop, so it's a shame that she has to give it up. ?

The screen is boring, the sounds are engaging, and the durability is exceptional
4/5

My 6 month old and I bought this toy in an attempt to save our laptop from each other. When my laptop is open, she bangs on it constantly, so I thought perhaps if she had a laptop of her own, we could both get some "work" done without interruptions. She still prefers to bang on the keyboard of It does, however, seem to be a favorite toy for her. Having her at 20 months, definately shows she has grown into it more. I appreciate that it has the ability to control the volume as well. She enjoys all three modes. There's an actual mouse in the picture. (It's very Unless the laptop is completely closed and plugged into the wall, when you accidentally hit the mouse or move any part of it while it is simultaneously turned on, you can cause serious damage to it. In short, it asks you to open the laptop and take a look at it. The best case scenario is when you know it's there or when the child is playing with it (banging it around) while he or she is closed up. In the middle of the night, if you hear what seems to be a random voice coming from nowhere and it gets jostled somehow, that's freaky. I am impressed with how long this thing will last. My son has had it for well over a year now and he has thrown it, banged it, spent a good part of the first few months lifting the lid and slamming it down again (not gently), etc. Even though I was sure it would break after only a year, it keeps On the downside, the screen looks like a sea of dots lit up I think it helps with durability, but all it really does is make it seem more In addition to being boring (the screen), it is also kind of dull. Colors don't change or engagement doesn't seem to be that high. A scrolling and flashing effect occurs. That is something they should definitely take into account for version 2. 0. A boring screen took away one star from the overall score. It's always good to have catchy songs. My workmates and I sing them all the time "1,2,3,4,5 circles, triangles, squares. ". This goes on for a while. " There is a blessing and a curse in being alive. A little girl likes to play on the piano keys and the piano sounds out a song as she does it. When I first saw my kid playing row row your boat, I thought he was a prodigy. My eyes went wide as I realized she didn't have enough notes on her keyboard. The only down side, I guess, is hearing it while she "plays" makes her feel smart. In sum, a wise.

This is not the same as what you get at a real restaurant

I don't know. Generally, VTech toys are a big hit with my child. I have a baby who is obsessed with my laptop, so this one didn't work. As soon as she gets a chance, she slams on buttons and opens and closes her phone. That's not my cup of tea. As an aside, I also object to her having too much "screen time" at such a tender In an effort to solve the problem, I thought getting her own laptop for her birthday would solve it. Despite the fact that she opened and closed the laptop a couple times, she seemed rather uninterested. The girl is over 14 months old and still does not show any interest It's not that the graphics aren't attractive, but that they don't grab the attention of the viewer. She is 16 months old, which means she is too old for lights and sounds to attract her, but too young to understand how to press the "triangle" button when she is asked My baby does not like this so I'm not giving it a low score because she giving it a low rating since I thought it wasn't up to par in several areas. There should be more resemblance to an actual laptop when it comes to this toy. It would be nice to have more An improvement in graphics would be nice. In my opinion, I would pay more for a higher quality product. VTech's toy disappointed me as well as my baby. My donation for this one looks like it will be for a charity.

It's a cute little laptop that will be great I figured that once my niece was 10 months old, she was old enough to enjoy banging on the keyboard of laptops and opening and closing the laptop screen for enjoyment, so I bought her her own "laptop" so she could have her own
5/5

It was open and closed, as well as Two months later she is just about one year old, and she is actually exploring things a little more, so she is more interested in pressing the buttons to hear the sounds, listen to the songs, and see the light on her That was precisely why I got her this for as she grew so she could use it as a learning tool, and that is exactly how she has been using it. An excellent little toy, it's durable and will keep you entertained for a long time. In addition, it keeps the big kids away from the big kids'.

It is a favorite of my baby

The activity keeps her entertained for a while and gives mom a chance to relax Update )
Despite the memories of a traumatic event, she still likes to watch this. Three months after she was born, I gave it to her. At 10 months, she has reached her full developmental milestone. A lot of her responses now come from listening and singing to its.

This is a great laptop for 1 person The child is two years This is the perfect gift for my 18 month old daughter who loves to imitate her mommy and daddy on the computer
5/5

There are big buttons on the laptop that little fingers can grasp, and it is constructed solidly in case the kids like to throw their toys at it. It lasted for three years before the battery wore out for our son who had the same model. Children older than 2 should not play this, as there are no games on it. Lights, sounds, and music make this toy more of a novelty item.

Thank you so much for the gift

These were an excellent gift for a 1 year old girl since they were a great price. It is the sort of thing she likes. Another member of our family gave us a similar one that year as well. The friend has used it and has told us it is a great product. This is a great toy for my 1 year old. I think she can open it on her own in the toy pile. She can play with the buttons alone to get it Has a few minutes to spare for her every now and then, as is A good toss around seems to be able to stand up to it!.

A must-have for any home or office
5/5

It is a learning laptop that I bought for my 14 month old. It takes a lot for me to be This young child's toy has large buttons, bright colors, and clear sound, making it a developmentally appropriate toy. Initially, I was concerned about the size of the screen, but this product is of the perfect size, not too large and not too small. It's easy to take with you and is durable.

The laptop of the baby
5/5

The items were bought for the birthday of our granddaughter, who is 2 years old. Is a big hit with her! A variety of educational activities are available for her to choose from, and she follows along and talks. Her little hands will find the mouse, buttons and keys very easy to use. I think the overall size is just right and she is able to carry it easily. During the recording, the voices are very clear and there is a lot of audio. It is great that the volume can be adjusted two ways. I enjoy the feature that allows you to choose between English and Spanish. This is a very reasonable price. It is a wonderful gift idea for young.
