There were no pulls, and the pack reeked of cat pee, had cat scratches, and had been resealed.

The item has been damaged, and it will not be able to be returned

When I received this item, it was damaged and smashed beyond repair, and I was told it couldn't be returned. Given that the packaging was undamaged, I can only assume that damaged material was shipped to me with no recourse. I was extremely dissatisfied with my purchase.
