My 8- year- My 12-year-old daughter insisted on writing a review, so I'll give my thoughts first and then type up hers. br>br>The first car we ordered didn't turn out to be very good. We had to pick it up half the time because it wouldn't respond to the remote. However, the return process was simple and quick, and the second car is in good working order. I agree with the other reviewers who say the car is easy to disassemble. This isn't a major issue for my 8-year-old. year- I showed her how to put it back together when she was young. However, a younger child would most likely find it frustrating. The remote control is straightforward and straightforward to operate. Before you can use the remote, you'll need to put two AA batteries in the car and two in the remote, which are not included. Here's what my daughter had to say about it: br>br>This toy was supposed to be a Christmas present for me, but Mom ordered the wrong one. As a result, we needed to get it replaced. In addition, I believe the second item is catching lint on the carpet, making it difficult to turn. Just a word of caution. It's fantastic apart from that! This toy is a big hit with my cat.   Because it's a cute little RC car, I made a video of it. However, I have a tot who is a big boy! Like most toddlers, he's rough on things, so this car wasn't going to last long. Within ten minutes of him playing with it, I had it packed away. If you have other small children in the house, this toy is also not safe. Everything was leaking out of the car we were given. Clips or tension holds appeared to be used as attachments. So small parts would pop off, and you'd have to make sure they weren't lost or broken before putting them back together. This item is something I would recommend, but I returned it the next day. We were also unconcerned about the fact that four batteries were required. There are two for the car and two for the remote. The remote control on our son's other RC car didn't require batteries; only the car did. Then we discovered that our son's other vehicles (of various types and brands) could also operate this truck. As a result, we were perplexed as to why the remote required batteries in the first place. This item did not fit our family's needs.

I bought it for my three children. 5 yr old. He didn't take it too seriously. He was overjoyed to have a "monster truck" to play with, but it only ran for ten minutes. I swapped out the batteries and gave it another shot. No go. It simply came to a halt. Now I have to break his heart and take it away from him in order to return it as JUNK. It is incapable of moving forward or backward. The lights are turned on, and the color red is very bright. This product has dissatisfied me greatly.

This remote control car has been a lot of fun for my toddler son to play with. The size is ideal for a baby or toddler. We had one that was a lot bigger and made a lot more noise. It did not go over well with my son. I'm glad I got this one for him because it's small enough for him to grab and makes less noise.

This was a gift for my son's third birthday. It's smaller than I expected, but that's my fault for not scrutinizing the measurements more carefully. Because it fits comfortably in his small hands, it actually worked out perfectly. He can operate the control with ease. I really like how the truck appears to have rubber wheels. It appears to be quite long-lasting.
