The two stars I gave to this product are because they are cute and well made, but I'd rather receive what I ordered. In contrast to the yellow, blue, white, and red I should have received, I received two whites. Edited
It began with my order having an issue, which was why I gave 2 stars. Immediately, I received a call from the company's customer service department and they took care of the issue and were so quick I am extremely satisfied with their customer service. I also appreciate how durable the product is and how much it's worth the price. They are a hit with my kids!.
My order for the airplanes has been placed. The boats I received were very nice. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reordered again, assuming there was a simple packaging error. This was not the case. Boats were again sent to me. I love the look of these airplanes and know they will be a great starter set for my toddler, but I did not get what I ordered even after two unsuccessful BUY THIS ITEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. To make sure the item number matches the picture and the description, the company needs to make changes. For the overall rating instead of one, I would have given a zero if the system had allowed it. A toddler who wanted airplanes now has a fleet of eight boats instead! He is very disappointed.
I bought a huge plane for my son as a first present. The second ones were too small and sharp, so it would only be possible to lift it with two hands the gold (Goldilocks). Soon after opening the box, he got the airplanes out and began playing with them. He will love them because they're just the right size. This is a very colorful design.
