For my 4 marks, here's what I got. I have two little ones, aged 5 and 18 months, who freak out when I show them this. While the launches are somewhat tricky to adjust at first (it's also fun to watch the kiddos figure it out), they work great once you dial in the right pressure. You can configure the track in a few different ways to fit the trucks and the track rolls perfectly. It was neat to have the loop de loop and the fire hoop running in one line. The kids thought it was great, which is what it's all about, Compare this set to other similar sets and you will find this to be very affordable. A perfect Christmas gift for my nephews who are 2 and 4 years old. It comes with both Crusher and Blaze so you can play with them both as well. There were also two tracks you could use at the same time, which is awesome. My 2 year old nephew had no problem getting Blaze to make it through the looped track even though I was initially concerned about the launch mechanism not working. My apologies to the other buyer, but I'm not sure whether they had a defective launcher or they weren't aware how it worked. During my purchase it cost me $22 and as a fan of the movie, I didn't have any Even though they played aggressively with the equipment, it seems to be holding up quite well.

Sets like this are fantastic from every angle. This set is built strong and is very sturdy, but is so easy to put together and take apart. The trucks and wheels are also very sturdy and move smoothly (not wobbly or stuck). I like how easy it is to use the launchers. I believe most 2 year olds would also enjoy it, but I have a 3 year old who loves it. The firing of a truck over a ramp, through a ring of "fire," and the launching of a truck through a 360-degree arc are both illustrated on the launcher sides The loop is 360 degrees. There is only one problem with this set, and it comes from the 360-degree loop side. It takes more momentum for the truck to make it all the way around the loop, so the launcher has to be hit with an adequate amount of force to make it all the way out. This set's greatest advantage is that it can withstand harder hits, which makes it easier to launch the trucks farther. If you are looking for a similar item within this price range, you won't find a better item.
