Questions & Answers
There is no need for instructions because it is self-explanatory. What instructions would you require for 40 feet of straight track?
Yes, they bend, and they're compatible with all other Hot Wheels merchandise.
It's merely a straight path.
These tracks can be adjusted to fit your needs. Gradients that are both up and down work well. I'm not sure what to say about curves. Only the connectors are a problem. They have a unique lock/release button that prevents them from being used with our other tracks; however, they can be used with our old tracks if old connectors are used.

There are two perspectives here. On the one hand, you get a lot of track for the money, and you also get a car. There are some things that the smaller pieces of this track set will not allow you to do that the larger track will not allow unless you cut it into smaller pieces. However, for three reasons, I do not believe this package is worth purchasing. The first is that 2 ft are available for purchase. You can get roughly the same amount of track in large piece form for about the same price (minus the car, which wasn't that good anyway) at Toys 'R Us. The second reason is that these smaller pieces allow for more track connectors to be used, making the track more flimsy. The third reason is that the track walls on this set's track are much shorter than those on the 2 ft track. Toys 'R Us has long track pieces for sale. Overall, I wouldn't advise against purchasing this, but if you simply want a large number of tracks, save your money and go to Toys 'R Us.
I wanted to get some race tracks for my 2-year-old grandson to play with his Hot Wheels. This was not used as an add-on to a main racetrack. My husband said it was fine if I gave the two-year-old some basic music. It was a wise investment. My grandson (who is almost three years old) uses it every time he comes to visit. To give it some lift, we place the track on top of pillows, chairs, or books, which gives it a lot of flexibility.
year- It's flexible, which means that if you're using it as a ramp, like we do, it takes some trial and error to figure out how and where to prop it up so the cars make it down the track successfully. However, that aspect can be enjoyable as well. Book covers, toy shopping carts, cardboard boxes, and other items from around the house have been used to create an obstacle course from the kitchen counter to his bedroom. He sends down one car after another, so I put something at the end (a box, a sturdy gift bag, a basket) to catch the cars so we don't have to waste time gathering them all up. br>br>My only minor quibble is that the flexibility is a little rough on the connectors, and I'm guessing it won't last the year given how much it's used. Fortunately, the price is very reasonable, so I have no qualms about purchasing more.
I recently purchased this for my grandson. 4yo. It's amazing to see a child's face light up when the first car slams into his aunt's neck. Isn't that a classic? As a result, it resurrected the memory of that track's "second" use, which we won't discuss further.
) for my three-year-old granddaughter, who loves to play with her father's old hotwheel cars. They are simple to put together and do not easily fall apart. Watch the cars zoom by while propped up on pillows or books to create hills. They are a hit with her! To go with the track, I purchased the "Curve Accessory" as well as some pink girly cars. There is one included in this track. This is a fun interactive game!.
Along with other sets, we bought this for our 6-year-old's birthday. br>br>These aren't the same as they were when I was a kid. The connecting pieces and tracks aren't compatible with the old stuff, but that's fine because you can't even find it used anymore. br>br>While they are a little on the pricey side, these sets are fantastic. br>br>The ones that come in buckets/boxes are great because there's a lot of extra room for cars and other set pieces. br>br>These are, in my opinion, ideal for children aged 5 to 12. From the age of six to the age of the grandparents, there is something for everyone. Playing with Hot Wheels cars and tracks is a lot of fun for anyone. br>br>If you enjoyed this review and found it useful, please consider marking it as such and reading some of my other reviews. br>br>If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
It's a hit with my 2-year-old. To secure the track's top to a counter or table, I purchased a cheap clamp from a hardware store. My son enjoys placing the cars on the track and watching them race down the track. I also purchased a Hot Wheels loop to add to the fun. Even so, with 15 feet of track on its own, you'll have plenty of room to create your own track designs or ramps. This is something I wish I had when I was younger. The loop cost around $20, and other Hot Wheels track accessories are quite pricey for what they do. This is without a doubt the best hot wheels track for the money.
I bought it to go with another hotwheels set that hasn't arrived yet, but my son is having a blast with it. He drapes it over couches and chairs, winding it all over the place despite the fact that the tracks are straight. He then lets go of his car, which whizzes across his work. He likes it a lot, which is a pleasant surprise considering it was only supposed to be a collection of bonus tracks. It's a little tricky to disassemble, and I'm afraid it'll break, but it hasn't yet.
