The fabric is actually a woven material. It's great to be able to reuse this The party hats were a little cumbersome to put together, but other than that, it was amazing! Despite having spent less than I did, all the decorations gave the impression that I spent more money than I Doubt if I'm not sure. Get it now! Choosing to do this is a great decision!.

enjoyed I loved this set, it was everything I needed to create a carnival atmosphere in my home for my son's birthday. This is a highly recommended book.

The cardboard decorations were bent in some areas, but otherwise this is a cute set. We didn't have any luck getting the balloons to hold air and the confetti that was inside the balloons stayed down no matter what we tried.

My daughter's birthday party was nice and everything went well, the only problem was when you put the party hats together they ripped easily, but we taped them up so they wouldn't rip. Other than that it was great quality.
