Do the words appear on both sides of the paper or just one?

It seems to be on both sides to me, I am 90% certain. As we were celebrating someone's birthday, I only had the cake for a few moments, before giving it to her.

As it says in the description "Per case-by-case" This is for 6" of items, so is that one item or six? Not sure of the quantity I would like to acquire, but I'm interested in buying more than one. ?
