They do, in fact, seal themselves.
They're meant to be screwed into a hose or something like that. Maybe they could do the same with a utility sink?
Individual bundles are not available; they are only available in packages.
Each Bunch O Balloons is connected to the end of a hosepipe, and water flows down the tubes into each individual balloon, filling them all at the same time. Because the balloons are already tied, all you have to do when they're full is shake them out to seal them and they'll be ready to throw.

These are a great idea, but I literally had to move the little rubber band down towards the balloon on each balloon to make sure water didn't leak out (as the instructions say to do if leaking occurs). I can see doing this with a few water balloons, but not all of them. It does take a little longer, which I believe defeats the purpose of these quick and easy fill balloons, but my three-year-old loves them. As a result, I docked two stars for the inconvenience of having to adjust the rubber band to keep them filled with water.
These appear to have been purchased from a dollar store. One of the packs has been opened. Before they could let go of the tiny straws, they all exploded. I've never had a worse experience!.
I'm guessing it's around ten. Because of this, 15% of the balloons were rendered useless. br>br>I haven't tried other brands, so I'm not sure if this is typical, but it was a letdown.
We filled the balloons according to the directions, but several of them began to spray due to holes in them, and several more burst (this happened with all three colors). We could have had more fun with the water balloons if we could have thrown them to cause them to burst. br>We didn't get our money's worth.
The fact that half of the balloons had pin holes ruined our day. As a result, they did not fill up properly, which prevented the others from filling up properly. Most of them popped too soon, causing water to spray everywhere, and we lost the majority of the baloons, so we only got about 30 out of 160. As a result, I would not advise anyone to purchase these water balloons. Thanks to Amazon for reimbursing my gift card.
technology for filling You can get a bunch of balloons in a couple minutes depending on how high the hose is turned on. Once filled, they will detach from whatever you're using as a landing pad, so keep them close by. br>br>As with any other water balloon I've ever used, these don't break as easily as I'd hoped on someone. Unless you really nail someone hard, they usually bounce off and break on the ground; five stars are mostly for the method of filling. There's still a good time to be had.
I was filling them one by one and it took me 45 minutes. So easy. It was a hit with the kids.
