I'm not sure, and I don't have the box, so I can't check the ingredients. I don't have it because several of them got sucked into the filter system all the way back to the pump on the first day the kids used them in the pool, and it was a difficult repair. As a result, I threw them out the window.
Only a few of them sank when I put them in a bucket. They were a big hit with the grandchildren.
I'm not sure if I used a mesh floater for them.
I let them air dry before storing them in the plastic bag in which they arrived.

It'd be fantastic if they were a little larger.
They can hold a lot of water, and while they don't hurt when they land, they do leave a satisfying puddle on your opponent. My five and six-year-old sons year- They were a hit with kids and adults alike. This is a must-have item for backyard summer fun without all the mess!.
They don't have to stay on the trampoline because the storage is ideal; however, some of them began to fall apart, which could be due to the kids throwing them at each other so hard. I'd buy these again because they're more durable than water balloons and can be reused multiple times.
We recently purchased a new trampoline, and the kids are looking for a way to keep cool while jumping in the heat. Water balloons were fun, but they made a mess and made us concerned about the environment; this is reusable, has resulted in more creative game brainstorming, and has been a hit time and time again.
In theory, these are a great idea, but they're heavy when wet and hurt a lot when you get hit by them. I was looking for a fun, eco-friendly way to spend my time. These are not a suitable substitute for water balloons. My children range in age from 9 to 12. All of them are 15 years old, and they all throw too hard (even when they are attempting to hold back and not harm others!). We didn't try them on a trampoline; perhaps they're not as painful if kids are just jumping around with them and not throwing them at each other (though, even on a trampoline, what kid wouldn't throw them?).
They are extremely effective. They hold water well, are about as hard hitting as regular water balloons (I was slightly concerned that they would hit harder and the kids would hurt each other lol), and are fairly easy to spot in the grass due to their bright colors. In fact, when we're ready to wrap things up, I tell the kids that they each have a jewel to find, and that once they've found it, they get popsicles. Also, because there were so many of these in the box, I divided them between our house and both grandparents' houses, giving us about 15 each. 20 is plenty because it quickly devolves into a game of throwing and trying to collect while the others throw and collect. Simply put, this was a fantastic buy.
I like that we didn't have to pick up balloon pieces when we used them at the river. We're pleased with the "splat" that occurs upon contact.
Despite her shaky aim, she suffers when I clip her- When a balloon pops, it is softer and more dramatic than when waterballs pop. br>They'll appeal to teenagers and up.
