I really enjoyed this little game because it brings back so many memories for me. Specifically, I am unhappy with the craftsmanship of the finish. There was an offset design on the top and the metal tip was not centered at the bottom, which defeats the purpose of the whole thing. It took me a while to recover.
I was very pleased with this gift. . . the tops are nice and heavy, and the presentation in the box with the colored tissue paper is a nice nod to the Mexican origin of the game. . . an enjoyable experience.
We have a lot of fun playing this together. You get a great deal on this product. A few of us keep one in the car in case anyone feels like playing.
It is a good idea to land the spinning top on its sides, as opposed to the other kinds that land incorrectly.
