Wood is used to make them. It's a little thin and delicate, like balsa wood, but it's quite lovely! I bought a set for each of my daughters, one of whom is 12 and the other of whom is 8, and they both enjoy them! What a wonderful gift! a fantastic deal
This was a gift for my niece, who is only a year old. It was a stunning set. The facial features on each doll were extremely accurate. Colors on the dolls were extremely vivid. Although a couple of the dolls were extremely tight and difficult to twist apart, I simply used an emery board to lightly swipe around the inside of the outside piece, and though it was still a tight fit, it was simple to separate. My niece adores the doll set. When I gave her the set last year, she was nine years old.
The tallest (outermost) doll stands at a height of exactly 6 inches.

They are fantastic. They're painted so nicely and I'm sure they'll be used for a long time. They're a good buy, and I love the smell of the wood.
China is the source of this product. Because there is no top clear coat on top of the paint layer, it does not appear shiny or smooth to the touch. Some matryoshkas don't keep their doors shut. It's not a bad matryoshka replica, but it's not what I was expecting because I was hoping for a genuine Russian matryoshka.
She spent the entire day with them! In person, they're even more beautifully painted and detailed! They are simple to disassemble and reassemble, and they look fantastic. The tiniest of them are truly amazing in their detail despite their small size. I have a feeling that once her friends see this set, they'll want it as well! If I think of someone who would enjoy them as much as I do, I'd buy them again as a gift.
This was purchased as a gift for a kooky friend who enjoys such items. I was giddy with anticipation. When you open it, you think there's no way there's any more, but there's another one that's even smaller. Then there was a TINY one, which was actually a lot of fun.
year- for her 12-year-old daughter for Christmas. I was astounded, not only by her delight, but also by my own. They appear to be exactly as they appear in the photo, but in person, they are truly amazing. I sometimes feel like there aren't enough dolls to uncover with these, but they're never-ending. ending. br>I would strongly suggest it!.
They're quite adorable. The largest one has gleaming gold swirls on the top of her head that blend in nicely. They're quite lovely. The three largest are lavishly decorated, while the others are rather plain. Even the tiniest of them has a face. They've met my expectations.
It's ideal for a child who enjoys miniatures. This was the ideal gift for my 4-year-old daughter, who was enthralled by nesting dolls after seeing them on TV. She also enjoys miniatures, so the fact that this one came with ten was ideal! These aren't show-stoppers, but they're great for kids. Because of the paint, some dolls were a little difficult to open at first, but with practice, they became easier to open.
These are a big hit with my daughter. They will not break if properly handled. However, if the child (perhaps a younger child) is rough with them, they may break. They stack well and are painted in a cute manner. In addition, the price is reasonable.
